Ordered a jigsaw board got what appears to be the internal part or it- foam piece. Emails all just say they are investigating but never goes anywhere. Please avoid!!! This is a scam site.

Scammers. Advertise a product but ship something totally different of significantly less value and not what you order. When you complain, they become unresponsive, claim that they delivered and dissappear. AVOID!!!!

Do not buy from Emgesin
Do not buy from Emgesin aka Hongkong Trendgo Limited, they will take your money, send an order confirmation and after that they go silent. When you enquire when your parcel will be shipped you get some strange excuse about customer data protection and you should log into their site to follow the tracking, but if you’ve ordered as a guest you cannot get access. Password reset doesn’t kick back the required email and after that no more response. They cannot even see in their system that my item hasn’t been sent and they do not respond to a request for a refund. Message are from the customer service team, but customer service this is not. Do not buy, they’re scammers
