Ordered some white shorts. Terrible quality, thinnest material and did not look like photo. They also sent the wrong size. Refused to replace or refund. Do not use this company as basically a scam.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. Dress arrived far too big. No size label in the dress either.
Trying to return but they will not answer my emails. Paid by credit card. Wonder if I can get a refund from them. Total scam company.

My wife bought some dresses from this company, the quality is awful, they are refusing any refund. Do not buy anything from these people. They have offered her 10% of her money back, scumbag scammers!!!

Absolute SCAM!
Product quality was awful, for the price I have paid.
They have posted (late) the WRONG ITEM.
They have refused to organise a prepaid return.
After a month of emails, the only thing I have managed to get was a 30% refund.
DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

THIS IS A SCAM, I paid £55 for a blazer in a UK size Large (12/14) and it was so small it wouldn't go on me - it didn't even fit a 10 year old girl, it looks NOTHING like the ad, its not lined, has no label and the material is wrinkled tat, they refuse to refund thefore I have passed it to trading standards

Terrible. Takes weeks to arrive, poor quality and now trying to arrange ti send a replacement for 30% of the retail price rather than issue a refund. Avoid at all costs

If I could go less than one star I would - very poor quality - and impossible to return as they drag out giving you the return address - but then when they do, they share that if it isn’t received within 30 days - no refund is given.. they tell you that it can take 30 days in freight time - so they have got you - they offer very small percentage for you to keep… but why keep something that isn’t suitable - never felt more frustrated dealing with a company- I gave up on the end - $100 thrown away - never again!

There should be an option for zero or negative stars. Never ever buy from them. Very poor quality and very expensive given the quality.
Sizing is way off, even though I ordered a size up the item didn't fit, couldn't even get it on.

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. THESE CROOKS belong in JAIL. It is absolutely SHAMEFUL the disaster "clothing" they tried to send. The seams were HORRIBLY sewn - not even flat but rather curled up. The legs were short, and the quality? LITERALLY SEE-THROUGH!! Then, when I tried to return the clothing they had the audacity to initially offer me a 10% refund. HILARIOUS!! DO NOT BUY!!! THEY WILL have to answer to God one day and I don't want to be near them when he strikes them down for such awful, corrupt business practices. I'm disgusted. Shame, Shame, SHAME on them!!

Website says hassle free returns and suggests the shop is based in the Netherlands. Item actually gets shipped from China, takes forever, the email address to request a refund doesnt work, and when you can get a response they say you have to return to the US but won't give you an address. Total absolute scam. DO NOT BUY

I reported this situation to PayPal and they refunded me immediately. So try that if you paid that way

Knock off chinese crap masquerading as a quality Melbourne brand. Do. Not. Buy.
I tried to find the original dress online using AI and ChatGPT told me the original dress didn’t exist as the model and dress details were likely to be AI generated. Such a huge disappointment.

I ordered a dress which arrived with no tags attached & no size tag inside.
The fabric appeared cheap & I was unhappy with the quality & fit. I went back onto the website to enquire about returns & was directed to an email address that didn’t exist.
After emailing the address that I received the confirmation email from, I was asked to send a picture of the dress with tags attached. After sending pictures I was then offered a replacement size. When I explained that I didn’t want another size & again asked for a refund I was again offered an alternative size and asked to pay $37+ postage.
Once again I asked for a refund & was finally told that if I wanted a refund I would need to return the dress to a US address & pay all shipping costs, taxes etc, & still no address was provided.
Totally unacceptable, especially as the website offers ‘quick 30-day returns’
Definitely would not recommend.

Please do not support this brand, very poor customer service when asking for refunds and images of the dress does not match actual colour!

I bought a dress in the size that I would normally wear however the bodice was too long (something you can't foresee until you try on as no specific measurements given on torso length) and the colour of the dress did not match website images. When I contacted them to return this dress, they asked for images of me in the dress, what issue it was and blamed it on my incorrect size selection. Their Returns Policy deceives you into believing they will accept appropriate returns but they make it very difficult to return a dress.

The one star is for the ongoing communication which has been very good but my dress arrived this morning & what a shock!! It’s huge & green & baggy cheap jersey & nothing like the navy blue fitted dress advertised that I ordered. There is only one place for this horrible would be garment & that’s in the bin!!!

I ordered a bag from this site, by mistake as it has a similar name to a more reputable company.
In the end it took weeks to arrive, and the item not upto the standard I would expect for the high cost.
When I tried to return it, there was a long email process, and eventually they advised that international shipping, customs etc would mean a costly and lengthy process, so said the offer a 10% refund amd you keep the item.
In future I will be more careful, and research the company.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE and REALLY BAD QUALITY. The order took long to arrive. Received wrong item. For days they are either not replying, or not providing me with ways to return even though they sent me the wrong item! Horrible customer service. Various people replying without reading the email trail. Complete scam!! Terrible cheap Chinese quality of items. I will never buy again and don’t recommend to anyone! Don’t waste you money! Complete scam !

AVOID!!!!! Not even 1 star. I have been totally ripped off with a cheap and bad fit polyester dress. Tried to return as per their return policy. 4 emails later they wanted me to send photos of me in the dress! Finally offered to swap the size if I pay them even more to post the new one. Wouldn’t want a replacement if they paid me. Wish I had read the reviews first.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the recent purchase. I paid over $105 for an outfit that is of very poor quality and appears cheap and poorly made. This amount also included an added insurance fee that I did not request or authorise.

To make matters worse, the item received was incorrectly sized and far too small. I contacted the company immediately to request a return form, however the response time was unreasonably delayed. When I finally received a reply, I was informed that they do not accept returns for incorrect sizing, which is unacceptable. Instead, I was offered the option to pay again for a larger size—an unreasonable and unfair resolution given the circumstances and the quality of the product.

The overall quality of the clothing is extremely disappointing and does not reflect the price charged. Based on this experience, I would rate the products and service below one star.

I have formally lodged a complaint with PayPal and have also contacted the ACCC regarding this matter. I consider this business practice misleading and unacceptable.

The clothing construction was nothing like the photos. The materials used were very cheap and the stitching was subpar. The garments are unwearable. The company is obfuscating and stating they have referred my case to quality control. I believe they are trying to “run down the clock” so that they won’t have to refund me. I have forwarded to matter to PayPal with copies of all correspondence and photos. The registration of the company appears to actually be in Hong Kong - Elite E-commerce Enterprise Limited. Total scam.
