Emily Wellington - scam artists
Ordered a coat from Emily Wellington. Felt safe in the knowledge of their 14 day money back guarantee. The product was rubbish. I emailed them to send me a form to return the goods. There were large delays in their response. Instead of sending me a form, they keep offering me heavy discounts to buy more from them.
Emily Wellington is just a scam. Do not buy from these dishonest people.

I have just had exactly same experience as other reviewers- boots are cheap looking, nothing like the picture and the wrong size. The advertising is totally misleading. No customer service.
Should be Emily China not Emily Wellington.

Please don't buy anything off Emily-Wellington. I purchased a pair of boots which look nothing like the picture on their website. They're too small and not even the actual size I requested. What I was sent was a cheap and nasty version of the boots compared to the picture on their website.
I've sent numerous emails for a refund form/refund and still haven't received a response.
What bloody disgrace!

This company has failed to reply to numerous emails they are ghosting customers .. just want to return something but they have made no contact what so ever..
