I recently learned I have insulin resistance and I spent days exploring what that means and how to address the issues without going the GLP-1 route. I ran across The Glucose Insider's Academy that is led by Emily Cornelius and signed up. I WISH I had done more research before doing so. I live with a TBI and the course was much more than I could navigate along with the CGM (I do not have diabetes). After spending a week reading, downloading, etc. I sent an email explaining my situation. I was told the refund policy and that was that.
Before signing up, I recommend fully researching this program and make sure it meets your needs and abilities. While I think the program has value it is not for me. With the program cost and CGMs I am out almost $900 which is extremely unfortunate.
