SCAM SCAM SCAM Complete scam. Item came and after a few times wearing it the so called silver tarnished and worn off. Contacted concerning life time guarantee and they do not respond to emails. Falsely advertised
They advertise as a UK small business, selling quality 925 silver handmade jewellery, However it takes 4 weeks to arrive and when you finally receive it it is cheap rubbish made in China
Scam company will not give refunds
Items were smaller than size and when returned the returned items have been sitting at the China customs since May 2025 so no refund.
This I fear is a scam company as if they dont pick up the returned items they do not have to refund people.
I returned this on 30th April 2025 and am still waiting refund.
if I could give 0 stars I would
if I could give 0 stars I would - this company is a scam who will steal your money and send you cheap tat. The 5 star reviews are either people who work for them or people being paid. I tried to return my order for a refund (£60) and I was informed that I needed to fund the return TO CHINA to get a refund at a cost of at least £30 postage. Don't be fooled by the sob story of Emily closing down her business - ITS A SCAM
Do not order
Do not order! This jewellery is not silver, tarnished after a couple of times worn. When I complained offered me a discount but wanted me to pay for the delivery again. Complete scam avoid at all costs.
Absolute SCAM and shocking quality
Absolute SCAM and shocking quality. The ring became tarnished after only 4 weeks and only wearing it on weekends. Their reply basically said things like this can happen! Do not buy anything from them!!
This site is a complete scam
This site is a complete scam! The ring I ordered looked like a cheap knock off of the picture on the website.
When I asked to return for a refund including return postage, they refused to pay the return postage. The return address was in China!! All they did was offer a 30% refund and keep the item.
Don't waste your time and money on these scammers!!!
CHEAP TAT
I wouldn’t have given any stars but you have to so that you can proceed.
Awful awful cheap tat. I have seen better junk jewellery on market stalls.
Load of rubbish.
Feel sorry for anyone who ever paid full price for anything from this place. Utter rubbish.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OUTFIT
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OUTFIT. Everything is fake. The jewellery is cheap and nasty. If you ask for a refund they eventually offer a 30% refund as a “goodwill gesture” and ask you to return it to China at your own expense - by the way it is despatched from Southall, England!!!!! I am still trying to get my money back but I get sickly replies from them, I think it’s a joke to them, beware!
They sent me a faulty product and then…
They sent me a faulty product and then refused a full refund.

I ordered what I thought was…
I ordered what I thought was semi-precious jewellery and got what I can only describe as useless children's play jewellery. Shame on the people who continuing with this fraudulent activity.

Scam,Scam,Scam
Scam,Scam,Scam. Cheap and nasty jewellery mass produced in China. I'm still trying to get my money back. I've sent the ring back to the returns address on the package but have now been informed by them the returns address is in China. DON'T buy anything from these scammers.
Emily's Jewels, my go-to jewelry store
Finally received the stylish necklace I ordered at Emily's Jewels, and I was really blown away by how it is even more beautiful in person. This is not the first time I purchased from this store, and each time I received the product, I was truly impressed. Emily's Jewel has been my go-to store when it comes to jewellery, even if it's for gifts or myself.
What a scam
What a scam. I wish I checked the reviews before buying. The two rings purchased looked cheap and substandard to the pictures shown on the website. Items shipped from China and although they accepted the return I have to send it back to China. As compensation I was offered a partial refund of 10 increasing to eventually 30% a fraction of the £52 paid. Putting this down as a loss but will tell all my friends and family to avoid like the plague.
Why can't they just be honest as to…
Why can't they just be honest as to their location or product. I like the styles and would purchase further items if they had been open about everything. Now you just feel cheated and upset that you fall for such scams. Bank has been great are investigating and money refunded.
This site is a scam
This site is a scam. It states all jewellery is handmade in the finest materials and has had a closing down sale for months. I purchased a ring which the site states is 925 stirling silver and what i received looks nothing like the photograph, and after just 3 wears is showing signs of plating wearing off!! Don't waste your money!
