The worst experience in last 5 years
I order patio furniture from this site in good faith. it was very late being delivered (2 weeks) to my home. Once unwrapped the product was sub standard. I contacted Eminza the same day to make the return stating my reasons. After a slow email response i was informed that the product would be picked up and once at warehouse i would be refunded.
It is now over 4 weeks and the product still sits in my driveway - not being picked up and no refund. Despite calling and emailing daily this company doesn't action anything to collect or refund.
I dont know when or if they ever will. Once they have you money they DO NOT want to refund.

A very nice extendable dining table a quite good value for the price. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that there was a large dent to one side. The packaging was very damaged in that area so I wasn't surprised to see damage on the item. The driver made a note of the damaged packaging on his delivery note. I haven't decided yet whether to return it because of the dent
