I ordered at the beginning of April still I didn't receive my order

This terrible to wait so long.
We written so many emails they promised to get this order till 28th April and still nothing. I know is virus but doesn't change the mind that they can give specific info.
This the first and last time when I ordered something from this company.
They answer to emails but they do not give a specific answer. Such a talkings lies. !
We waiting for a give the many back !!!!
Please think before you will order from this company something.
