Super happy with the product and delivery
The cloth quality of the curtains and the measurements are on spot. I literally have a beautiful cozy flat due these beautiful beige curtains from eminza. The best thing is that they've got all uncommon sizes that helped me as I was looking for curtains for my place for weeks due to unique measurements of the doors and windows.

It was delivered quickly and I was updated on the process the whole time. The quality of the products I bought are really good. The 300TC duvet cover we got are super soft and feels luxurious (we are very picky about textures with bedding etc).
Very happy and would recommend. I am definitely buying again.

Wrong colors
The colors of the duvet cover and the pillow cases I bought are more like dark red instead of terracota. Also, the sheet was supposed to be beige and they sent gray. The quality is okay but too many faulty things.

did not receive my package! Was supposed to be delivered within 3 weeks and now (6weeks later) the package seems lost (was never received by PostNL) and the service desk says they cannot cancel the order.

I bought a bamboo duvet cover and I…
I bought a bamboo duvet cover and I used it for 3-4 times on a 4month period and the fabric got teared. Bad quality, I contacted customer support because in the Netherlands there is the conformity law where a product has 2 year warranty and if it is became defective within the first year, the seller needs to provide a refund or exchange. Eminza has taken NO responsability and blamed me for the defect.
You can even see in Eminza's reponse that they are unaware of the consumer's rights. If I buy a duvet cover from them, it is expected to last more than 4 months. That was my first experience buying at this store and since they don't want t respect consumer's rights, I have placed a formal complain to ECC in the Netherlands and ACM Consuwijzer.

The bamboo duvet cover is superb. Light, soft and breathable and it is a beautiful colour, and luxury at an affordable price. It's the best buy I have made for bedding in ages. My only wish us that the pillow cases came in other sizes.

Waiting on furniture for almost a month now
I bought the furniture on 24 June 2025, it is now 21 July 2025 and I am still waiting on it to be delivered. We contacted Eminza, and even though they are very “helpful and understanding” on the phone, they still make this my problem by putting the blame on the delivery company but I never chose them. The delivery company doesn’t answer phone calls or even have an email address. I am starting to think that this is a scam.
