Awfull!

Awfull!! I have been an ENBD customer for more than 8 years!! When I left Dubai 3years ago I was advised to keep a savings account and update my details which I did. It’s been a couple of months that I cannot make any transactions! I messaged them on the app, sent an email and called them internationally and no help at all!! Issue is pending and I cannot even make transactions

Worst KYC department ever

Totally parasite activity by their KYC department. Sometimes they restrict the account but forget to ask what documents they want. So the customer has to search and chase them asking what they want.
Several times I sent the required documents, but they just don't see the email and don't remove the restrictions. Awful bank and useless department.

Worst experience ever. Not recommended

Worst experience ever. Since a year, I created a credit card with emirates nbd ksa, everytime I face issues to access the card. It get blocked for unknown reason, you cannot fixe it from app althoughit takes you through all the steps. You call the bank, they tell you yes you need to fixe it from website, you go on website and again it does not work. Then you call again and discover that it cannot be solved unless a person in the bank raise the request. Then you wait 5 days until you get an answer. This is my experience. Very bad

I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing matter that has been lingering for far too long. Despite my tireless efforts to resolve the issue, I have been met with an unyielding wall of bureaucracy. The dispute in question pertains to my account with Emirates NBD, specifically a transaction worth AED 10,899 that took place on November 3, 2020.

Over the past two years, I have made countless attempts to rectify this situation. I have contacted the dispute team, called the customer service hotline, and even visited my local branch in person. Regrettably, my efforts have yielded little to no progress. The responses I have received have been formulaic and lacking in substance, offering no meaningful resolution or explanation.

What exacerbates my frustration is the affiliation between Emirates NBD and the company involved in the disputed transaction. It is my understanding that this affiliation was a crucial factor in the initial approval of the EMI. This raises serious questions about the bank's due diligence and responsibility in this matter. As a customer, I expect a certain level of accountability and transparency from my financial institution. The lack of these qualities has led to significant distress and hardship for me and my family.

The urgency of this situation cannot be overstated. My father is currently in need of expensive medication to manage a serious health condition. The resolution of this dispute is crucial to accessing the funds required for his treatment. Every passing day without a resolution means additional suffering and anxiety for my family. I implore you to consider the human impact of this prolonged delay and take immediate action to rectify the situation.

In light of the circumstances, I respectfully request that senior management intervene to review and resolve this dispute promptly. I believe it is essential to provide a thorough investigation into the matter, taking into account the bank's affiliation with the company involved. Furthermore, I expect compensation for the distress and hardship caused by the prolonged delay. This would be a gesture of goodwill and a demonstration of the bank's commitment to customer satisfaction.

I would appreciate a prompt response regarding the actions you will take to resolve this issue. If further information is required from my end, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am willing to cooperate fully to bring this matter to a close.

In conclusion, I hope that senior management will take my situation seriously and take immediate action to resolve this dispute. As a customer, I have a right to expect a certain level of service and accountability from Emirates NBD. I am confident that with your intervention, we can bring this matter to a satisfactory close.

ENBD robbed me!


ENBD robbed me!

I have a credit card with enbd and my salary account also with the same bank. My credit card is due for an amount of AED 10,225 with minimum payment of AED 2.9k. My due date is on 27th of May.

I made a payment of AED 5,400 on May 26th, however, since my salary has not come yet and i need to pay an amount of AED 27.73, I made a deposit to my account of AED 500 but to my surprise, my balance turned to AED -8,918.14 and took my 500 i just deposited. I thought it was just a system glitch so I let it pass for a day.

May 29, I checked my account again and still it shows negative balance.

After analysing what happened, the bank debited a total of AED 14,830.22 whereas my I am only to pay an amount of AED 10,225.26 against my credit card. In short, the bank robbed me for AED 4,604.96!!

ENBD, where did my money go??????

ENBD bank is worst bank in the UAE

ENBD bank is worst bank in the UAE. The service and security system are terrible. They do not care about our money; if someone defrauds you, they will not take action against the fraudulent transaction and will not conduct a proper investigation.

I have never seen a worse ENBD bank in…

I have never seen a worse ENBD bank in the UAE. The service and security system are terrible. They do not care about our money; if someone defrauds you, they will not take action against the fraudulent transaction and will not conduct a proper investigation.

Extremely Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with the overall service provided by Emirates NBD. From long delays in handling even simple requests to poor communication and lack of follow-up, the experience has been far from what I expect from a major bank.
 
Getting help from customer service is a frustrating process—long wait times, inconsistent information, and no real solutions. Even in-branch support has been unhelpful.
 
What should be a smooth and professional banking experience has turned into a series of unnecessary complications and wasted time.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. I called at 1am and was told to call between 8am–5pm due to long wait times. Called in the afternoon, waited 10 mins, only to be told they’re accepting emergency calls only and to call after 5pm. Why make customers wait if you can’t assist properly? Total waste of time and money. The voice recording should’ve clearly said that non-emergency calls won’t be entertained. Very frustrating.

Credit card cash limit

recently encountered with my Emirates NBD credit card. In March 2025, the bank increased my credit limit from AED 15,000 to AED 97,000, which was confirmed by Emirates NBD customer care. In April 2025, I used around AED 35,000 of my available credit and opted to convert this amount to a 0% interest EMI plan for 12 months.

However, just two days ago, I checked my ENBD mobile application and was shocked to see my credit limit again reduced to 15000 AED and an overdue amount of approximately AED 35,000. I immediately contacted Emirates NBD customer care, and they informed me that this was due to a server issue affecting many customers. They advised me to pay the overdue amount to avoid bank charges, or alternatively, I could convert the overdue amount into an EMI plan with a 3% interest rate per month

I faced a sudden drop in my credit card limit!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Emirates NBD. Without any prior notice, my credit card limit was drastically reduced from AED 111,650 to AED 16,500. Immediately after this, I started receiving repetitive calls from the bank officials aggressively encouraging me to pay the loan amount.

The bank has assured me that the EMI would be calculated starting from the following month, but contrary to their promise, the first installment was deducted immediately. Adding to this distress, I was later informed that I had exceeded my new, drastically lowered limit and was now being asked to pay an overdraft amount urgently to protect my AECB credit score.

This entire process — the sudden credit limit drop, the misleading communication regarding the loan conversion, the premature deduction of EMI, and the pressure to pay overdraft charges — has been completely inhumane. It has placed me under severe psychological and financial stress.

As a loyal customer who has never defaulted on any payment, I find this treatment highly unethical and unacceptable. I hope the management seriously reconsiders such practices and ensures transparency, respect, and fairness for customers in the future.

Looking for some support to escalate this and seek justice for my case.

Scam and no response from Bank

All of sudden one night I have received SMS that 2000/- has been deducted from my NBD Account. I have received salary on same day, when I was trying to call bank to block the card again I received one more. When I call call center more than 20-30 times to explain the issue and to get my cash back there is no one to give proper support in call center. different people are telling different updates of the status, as I have raised a complain to police and police gave a certificate to submit to bank. but the in Bank no one is willing to take the letter which I have received from police, they are again and again telling to call callcenter. The bank manager in Burjuman branch is telling the case is closed but I did not received and verification call from the bank till 2 months. Finally they closed the case without my knowledge. I dont know how this people are dealing the case, I doubt this kind or scams are happening inside the bank people. everything is happening without our knowledge. Better we no need to deal with ENBD bank anymore.
