Broken Seal, No Response...
I’m leaving this review because customer service has not responded to my emails, messages, or social media reach outs (sent 10 days ago with a follow-up too).
My perfume arrived with the seal already broken, and the atomiser had clearly been used, it sprayed immediately on the first press. Anyone familiar with new fragrances knows a brand-new bottle requires several pumps to prime the atomiser. This strongly suggests the item is not new or has been tampered with.
This is unacceptable for a beauty product, and I do not feel safe using it in this condition.
I would really like the company to contact me to resolve this issue.

I ordered a perfume from them, and they marked my order as “delivered,” but I never received it.I checked carefully around my property and with neighbours, but nothing was delivered. I contacted their customer service, but I did not receive proper help or a clear solution.I don’t recommend anyone buying from them.

Cancelled an item from my order and shipped the remaining item without checking if that was ok. Would not have done so if given the option as cost for single item with postage was more than other sellers.

I’ve made multiple purchases from Emirates Oud, and they’ve been fantastic every single time. Orders usually arrive within three days, which is impressive, and everything is always securely packaged and properly sealed - just how I like it.
I’ve bought quite a few fragrances from them now and the consistency is what stands out. Reliable delivery, great presentation, and no cutting corners. On the rare occasion there’s a question or issue, they genuinely look after you and sort things out quickly.

You can easily see that all positive reviews are from bots. There is no customer service!!! All negative reviews mention the same thing. No one can reach out to the seller. There is only one email that no one will ever reply.
DO NOT GET SCAMMED. The seller will try to despute the reviews but do your research before buying.
