I had a new boiler installed which was installed in new location in my property. Mike’s solution for the relocation was very well considered and all of his communication was highly professional and friendly. All the work was competed to a very high standard. We have known Mike for a few years now. He fixed our boiler and underfloor heating in the past and recently our flushing system with the water closet. He is very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Always very helpful and easy to communicate with. He makes sure to keep the area tidy after finishing his job. Very prompt with his responses. We are impressed with his ability and attitude and won’t have any hesitation to use Emit heating services again.

Mike came out at short notice to look at a leak from the shower, and found the problem quickly. He provided an estimate promptly and scheduled the work within a few working days. Mike completed the work in a very satisfactory way, as planned, and in line with his estimate. He also supplied a new central heating thermostat.

Yesterday, 8th August, my tenant reported the electric shower suddenly produced cold water. Having phoned the plumbing company who installed it in 2020, they didn't have anyone to fix it for over a week and suggested I tried Mike who used to work for them. He was able to fix it the following day, 9th August, and also replace 2 immersion heater coils in the hot water tank in the same visit. An excellent service. Thank you.

Mike worked alongside a bathroom installer to fit our new shower, toilet and basin. He was very professional, polite and let us know what was going on at all times. The work was done to a very high standard and he always cleaned up afterwards. We highly recommend him and we will definitely call him if we need any work in the future.

Mike sorted out a number of issues with our hot water tank, and carried out a service/assessment of our Worcester boiler. He has a very profession approach, being able to assess the issues quickly, he is very effective and efficient, plus he left the areas he was working in clean and tidy on completion. On top of all that his prices are very competitive.

After fitting new heating system last year, I decided to sign up for service contract with Mike, now don’t have to remember when service is required. Recently Mike removed one radiator and done some pluming, as usual excellent service with smile.

Couldn’t be happier found my boiler man for life! Mike recently changed our boiler and removed the old one and the tanks in the loft which all in all was cheaper than what I thought it would be as it took 3 days! He was always on time, cleared up after and even gave a tutorial! Thanks Mike :)

Mike has done multiple jobs in our property in the last year including changing radiators, pipe work for new radiators, fixed pre-existing issues with our heating system and changed shower valves. Mike recently fitted a new column radiator for me as well as a smart thermostat. He also recommended a few adjustments to my heating system to make it more efficient and did a full flush through. I’ve used Mike in the past and he will always be the first person I’d call for any future heating and plumbing requirements.
