Company responses and processing times should be better

I edited my previous negative review after discussing things with the em-moto.com and with my credit company.

It's important for the customer to give as much as possible information on your physical stock and if there is any delays for shipment. And also important is to reply customers queries soon as possible. This is vital for company success in online business. Processing times should be only couple of days for the shipping items and making refunds.

After all I got refunded for the original payment and credit company is sorting things out second charge that seems to be a technical error.

Not a store to trust

Ordered an Arrow slip on the 4th of june, paid and waited. And waited.. Long after promised delivery according to their web page. Opened ticket and asked several times for info about shipment, got answers stating ”there was complications” and guessings about when shipment was probable. On 25th of july finally the ordered Arrow Slip on arrived to me. Tracking link provided. But sadly with missing parts. Opened a ticket again same day about missing parts and got answer 11 days later that missing parts were sent. Today 24th of august I still have not received them. And they now only close my support ticket without answer. So I have ordered the parts from another dealer. All trust spent. I will not make any more purchases from this store. Regret not having read the reviews beforehand. But as you say, easy to be hindsight..

Do not do business with this company. Terrible experience all in all. Ordered products "in stock " over a month ago and still have not received anything. They are terrible at answering emails and now I'm trying to get my money back ( around 500 euro ) - still no answer...

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

*updated review, happy yo remove this review if I get my item or a refund.

I paid for an exhaust from arrow, em moto sent it, it took 6 weeks to arrive and I had to pay vat, stupid brexit.

It arrived damaged.

EM moto said I can return it under warranty

I did so, had to pay it myself.

It is now with them, 4 months on, and they have not returned the exhaust.

I email daily and they just reply with "we're getting more info". Literally every day.

I'll remove this negative review when they send me the exhaust or refund me the money.

UPDATED 8th Nov - OMG I gotta say impressive follow up from EM LineaMoto. Although it took them until I requested to cancel my order for them to contact me about my delayed order. They upgraded the model at no cost and shipped express within 1 working day and it arrived in 5 working days. Italy to Perth Australia in less than 5 working days!!!!??? Impressive dispatch by EML and delivery by DHL! Thanks EML for attending to my order and dispatching so promptly. my only recommendation would be, assuming you're way too busy to handle the volume of online orders that you employ some help to ensure your online customers are looked after. Always remember, bad news travels faster than good news and if you have disappointed customers like I was at first, you'll get a bad reputation faster than a good reputation. I'd be happy to come work for you when I come to Italy ;-)

Disappointed i didn't read these reviews before ordering Nolan headset! feeling like my money has disappeared into a black hole with no order ever to be seen! have logged an online ticket asking for update on status of order and no response to date. after reading these reviews I possibly see why!? Come on Mauro, even if you're too busy, responding to your customers should be #1 priority, especially if you provide the option for customer to lodge an online enquiry/ticket with you!
to think i ordered from this website to save a measly $20AUD by the time currency conversion and credit card transaction fees are taken into account, and have since found out I could have bought the newer B902LR version locally and have it by now!

Please stay away from this company. I have order #2000020852 to purchase Exhaust Mufflers Appr Termignoni Titanium Ducati STREETFIGHTER 848/1098. The order was placed on 9.9. and I paid via bank transfer EUR 836. Today is 26.10. and I have never heard back from them despite me contacting them. All emails are simply ignored with your money being literally stolen. They run PROPER ONLINE SCAM - stay away.
