Topper is firm, nice and comfortable
The topper is very nice, firm and definitely recommend but only issue is we feel very warm during sleep, may be our body temperature is trapped from bedsheet and topper, we need to think about alternatives to put on topper to ensure it cools down.

Would give 0 starts if I could.
How this company are as big as they are amazes me. 7 days to get a response on an email, sent me a broken mattress and tell me i have to buy a new one to get a refund, they can’t just send like for like. So it’s either be left without a mattress or spend another £800 on a new one to wait 3 weeks for a refund.

I bought an Emma Mattress mid-November and registered for return beginning of December because the size did not fit. They registered my case but never got back to me. I then called their customer service, they said they will send a folium for me to pack the unpackaged mattress, and told me it will take about 10 days to send 2 persons to come pick up the mattress. It never arrived, the conversation also did not provide an email confirmation. I understand it is high season, but with no communication confirmation and no sign of when this will be solved, we are suffering from the experience. (What is most annoying is they kept sending automated "questionnaires" asking if I am happy with the phone call) I request Emma Mattress customer service to come back to me about this as soon as possible!

Very poor experience
Purchased a refurbished mattress from these guys via Wowcher. Still hasn’t arrived, it’s now over a week late after a 3 week dispatch time. So now a month since making my order.
I’ve emailed to ask where my order is but so far I’ve been blanked.
I went to this company as I’d seen them rated as “best buy” on which? Magazine but I see they’ve taken this rating off of them due to their online selling practices. Unfortunately I wasn’t aware of this before I purchased it.
I’m sure they’ll probably reply to this saying that I should contact Wowcher but they state that any problems should be taken up with the retailer.
Probably best to avoid this company.

absolutely worth it
The hardness of the mattress was very good, almost exactly as expected although it could be a tad harder.
Would’ve been good to have this hardness level as an option also for the mattresses with a width of 25cms. Unfortunately it’s only an option with the Emma One which is 18cm.
