This is our second Emma mattress very comfortable good support. Came in about a week. Bought it on a Black Friday sale and saved $200.

I purchased a Emma Performance mattress in 2024. Mattress is fine, it arrived on time, no issues.
I ordered a new mattress mid November 2025(pre Black Friday), hoping to have a spare mattress for family that was going to be visiting for Christmas. Within a couple of days I had a shipping notification, mattress was billed to my credit card and a Purolator tracking number was created. I waited a couple of weeks and there was no update on the site or from Purolator...the tracking number is created but the item was never picked up, so I decided to e-mail Emma to see what was happening with my order. I was told they were going to research what had occurred, and have done so every 72 hours (as they state in their response) for the last 6 weeks.
I like their mattress and have so far continued to wait rather than try another supplier and decide if I like their product, but am struggling to understand how shipping a product can be so difficult or how doing the right thing for the customer seems so out of reach for the company.
27 January update: received a notification this morning they will process shipping a mattress. Will update again once/if it ships and arrives.

We ordered a the Emma performance in November or 2025. When it arrived the tag was dated September 2024, this means it was rolled up like a burrito for over a year! The effects were felt in the mattress, it was floppy, uneven and had 0 edge support. We tried the mattress for about 30 days and found it very firm. Once it came time to return it this is when the real fun started. We were told by Emma they could not pick it up in our area and we had to donate it to a charity to receive our refund. We live in a rural town and the only charity did not need king beds. We were basically held hostage on our refund until we agreed to take a 75% refund. I had to go through the hassle of selling it on the facebook marketplace to recoup the rest. Horrible experience, do not believe in there 100 day trial.

The website works well and everything loads up fast except for the quiz. The performance mattress has great quality for the price and it´s technology helps me a lot. Really recommend the product.

My Emma Performance mattress is great! I felt the good quality from the moment I laid on it. I reached out to customer excellence and I must say that left a bitter sweet taste because the experience wasn't that good, it took a long time for them to help me buy (I had some issues with the checkout process). Other than that I'm very happy!

I bought the Emma Performance, and I love it.
I usually run hot at night, and this mattress helps me keep cool and fresh.
I also love that it is super soft and comfortable. I love the feeling of being hugged by the mattress.
Above all, I was amazed by how easy it was to install it. It came in a box, and the only thing I had to do was place it on the base and wait for it to expand.
Honestly, I think it's a great product, totally worth the price.

Bought two mattresses in 2024, 5-star mattresses BUT, service is 0 stars for a third order in I ordered the third mattress on a Nov. 2025 Saturday and realized that I had accepted a no long valid, delivery address. My fault. Emailed emma shorty later that day with a change of address, got two shipping confirmations emails on Monday with no acknowledgement of the address change. Another email to them; no reply. So I tracked the package, called Canpar, and changed the address. I then used the Chatbot; It might have worked, but the tracking for delivery said today. It looks like emma's customer service is all IA. Justifiable but... be warned. Yes, I highly recommend their mattresses.

The page is good , it was pretty easy to compare their mattresses and choose the right one. I went for a clearance mattress and honestly it exceeded the expectations given the price point and since it's going for a guest room it works great. The only hiccup was that the pillows i ordered didn't arrived witht the mattress and it took ages to get an email reply with no other contact method available. In the end the pillows arrived late but way earlier than their response.

Emma Performance Mattress never fully inflated, one side was crushed, and there was a tear in the foam. Have been dealing with customer support for 2 weeks and it has been absolutely maddening. They're response it a standard algorithmic answer, that just adds to your frustration. Have been dealing with for 2 weeks now, and frankly I just want them to come and get the mattress and give me my money back. I would not recommend this company.

Bought a mattress with the understanding that we could return it within 100 days if it wasn't working for us. After using the mattress for a week and finding it caused my wife back pain attempted to initiate a return.
Every rep spoken to refused to accept my return unless I waited 30 days. They were happy to quote policy, not stated in the same section as the 100 day guarantee that there is a 30 day breaking in period that I needed to go through before I could return.
Does it seem likely that I'll make my wife suffer through 30 days of back pain in case it stops after a month???

Customer service is poor. They provide no information as to delivery date estimated. After 10 days, after many attempts, I still have not received a delivery date. When contacting I'm told it has been shipped. After tracking it shows not even picked up by delivery company. I have requested cancelation 3 times, now they are telling me I can't cancel and must return to get refund. No indication if signature required or what day it will arrive and I am not willing to sit and wait any longer for it to show up at my door. This is their problem and a little customer support would have gone a long way.
