Emma and I are in the early stages of a beautiful relationship. We have only been sleeping together for about 6 weeks but it has been terrific on her part and I haven't asked her how she feels because I weigh in close to 220lbs. Of course she has never had a problem with a threesome as my wife is about half my weight.
Now, that being said I did have to purchase from a 3rd party company a Bamboo quilted sheet to lay across her as I felt she was a little stiff in the early going. My King size Emma is rated a 6 on the firmness scale but I felt she was 7.5-8 and of course that could have been the breaking in stage.
In closing I won't be ending my relationship with her after 100 nights and I feel we are in for the long haul.
Purchasing something like Emma online was daunting to say the least. I compare it to buying dog food and pet owners can relate to that. I never researched harder than I did but the company was there at every turn to answer any queries I might have had.

Have had it for a month and half
Have had it for a month and half. Lower back pain gone after a blissful 8hrs of sleep I can get up and move around without pushing up on my knees. Good edge support. Great bounce 😉

The mattress met all my expectations
The mattress met all my expectations. I worried about a firmness but after 2 month of quality sleep, I confirm it provides a good support, no issues with leveling my body. I had issues with other mattresses but Emma's mattress fixed it all.

Best purchase of the year
Loved the feeling to lay down in such a comfy mattress and I am still loving it after a couple of months! I have been sleeping better since, even my kid liked it.

Wonderful product backed by great service.
Bought a queen premium mattress and it is an Excellent mattress and above all wonderful customer service. I had an issue and the problem was resolved quickly. I would just stick buying from Emma for the support they provide.

Poor support on edge of mattress
Mattress is comfortable to sleep but I do not like the edge. I am disabled so need to lean on the edge getting in and out. I tend to slip off easily. I regret not buying a traditional mattress.

I ordered my mattress and discovered that I had put my office address for delivery instead of my home address. I emailed customer support and they were super responsive and made the change for me. Amazing exchange/return experience and customer service
The Emma mattress I purchased online was a bit too soft for my liking and caused some pain in my lower back area. It came with a 365 day trial guarantee, so after about a month of trying it I asked for an exchange to another firmer mattress. I was impressed that the replacement mattress arrived within days, and I am completely satisfied with it now. But the most amazing aspect of the whole exchange process was Emma’s customer service rep who wrote to me almost everyday to walk me through the whole process and ensure I receive the proper customer care needed. She deserves the highest compliment, and I absolutely recommend Emma to anyone interested in purchasing a hybrid mattress.

If I could give zero
If I could give zero, I would. The mattress had not arrived a week after it was promised to be delivered. In the meantime, I was sleeping on the couch of a friend’s place and finally had to rent a hotel room to get a nights sleep. They told me I could not return the mattress! Then I cancelled the order and bought a great one at Sleep Country for a cheaper price which I got that day. Then they delivered the mattress and took 8 days and 5 phone calls to pick it up again. And then another 10 days until credit card reimbursed. Every time I called, no one had any idea what I was talking about. I felt a little like I was losing it. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life.
