After 4 months of waiting time, the order is still not delivered. They also mentioned they wont assemble the product despite it was mentioned in their website when i bought the product. Totally unprofessional. They also offered a recompansation amount which is really low compared to the amount of the product i ordered and 1/3 of the average amount for the assemble service in the market. They are still trying to profit from micro things. I had to cancel my order eventually, so i am left with nothing after 4 months of waiting time. They are greedy and unprofessional, i definitely do not recommend buying product from them.

Ordered a bed that was supposed to arrive in a wee, and six months later, I was still sleeping on just a mattress. Once it was finally resolved, they promised compensation for the awful service. They made an offer, then slashed it by half! Customer service has been useless, constantly passing me between the store, the phone line, and email, with no one taking responsibility. This company is an absolute joke. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. They deserve to be sued and shut down. Do not fall for this.

My Ikea mattress was not providing enough support and ai was waking up multiple times every night with pain on n my hips. The Emma mattress pad solved that problem for me. Highly recommended.

We bought the Emma Original Deal (which includes a bed, a mattress, two pillows and a duvet) at the end of December. We were pretty well received at the store and the employee there was very friendly and helpful. She told us the delivery would take up to 3 weeks and that we would get an email about the specific date closer to the time.
Almost two weeks later we got 2 times part (emphasis on PART) of the order: 2 bed frames, 2 mattress. No pillows, no duvet, and no slats. In the meantime, we got the pillows, but we still don't have the duvet or the slats, and we still have an extra bed and extra mattress at home...
Because we didn't get the slats, we can't even use the bed so now we have this partially built bed up at home, as well as a bunch of boxes.
It's been more than a month since we made the purchase and the Customer service has been useless. We went to the store a bunch of times already and the people continue to be really nice and apologetic, and willing to help. But the Customer Service either tells us that they will call later, and never do, or do nothing about this matter.
We've been very patient about this because we know errors happen, but it's been weeks, and we have no idea what's going to happen, or when, we have no answer from the company. And all of this frustration is leading us to want to return everything and get a full refund.
I'm hoping writing it here will force Emma to do something about this. If they do, I may come back and update it. If they do nothing (as they have), I recommend you to NOT buy anything from them.

Ordered it to replace some soft pillows, great support for a side sleeper like me. Kept its firmness the 3 weeks I've had it. Only negatives are that it's kinda wide so I had to buy new pillowcases and smells like foam for the first few days

I bought the Emma Hybrid mattress and it caused severe pain my hips and shoulders. Emma sent me an extra soft layer but didn't help. I then put a mattress topper and felt slightly better and thought it would improve.
I then went overseas and slept on a bed and had ZERO pain and then I knew it was the Emma mattress causing this severe pain. I'm back from overseas and unfortunately had to sleep on the Emma mattress and the pain is severe to the point where I have to take strong painkillers. Last night at 03h00am I couldn't take it any longer and went to sleep on my son's bed. Luckily he is overseas for another weak. I feel Emma is of inferior quality. I want to return the mattress and get my money back! I've emailed emma sleep in the Netherlands and they advise that i cannot return the mattress. So I must pay hundreds of euros for a useless mattress!! #emmasleep
I'm putting up several negative comments until I am assisted.
By then my 100 days were over

Still waiting for my refund it’s been over 3months now, DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT DIPS AND SINKS AFTER A YEAR! They then collect it and say the no longer make it and will refund you 3 months I’m still waiting….

So I ordered a mattress topper on the 29/12/24. I had an expected delivery date from the 3/1/25-10/1/25 however this date came and still no sign of my mattress or update on delivery, I kept checking the order details and still it said the above dates. I contacted Emma via the chat and requested an update on my delivery. A few days passed and I got an email stating my delivery would be the 25/2/25.
The service is terrible and for anyone wanting to purchase then please avoid! I will not be recommending this company in the future

What a useless company, rude employees, stupid robot chat, everything you do not want. Delivery takes forever, found another solution locally, now they do not allow me to cancel the shipping because its to late in the process. WELL ITS BEEN A QUITE A WHILE SINCE AND THE MATRASS STILL HASNT LEFT YOUR COMPANY. Radia is rude. Order somewhere else
Edit: Had some more contact with a lady called Esma, whilst she was nice I found out that Radia was lying and Esma was trying to lie too. Its literally impossible to cancel the order and they rather waste the enviroment and customer experience than take 2 minutes to ask their colleagues to cancel an order. Shame on you guys

I purchased from Emma Sleep in October in the Netherlands and still have not been able to return my purchase as they keep giving me the run around.
When I first received the mattress I purchased, it was the wrong size. Then a few days later, the correct size arrives. The duvet cover I got in a bundle came in a dirty dusty plastic bag that was not even closed/ I call them saying I want to return everything. One of the boxes came damaged with holes, and none of the packages were taped up so anyone could open them/ They also did not even realise that they sent me 2 mattresses instead of 1.
I called them several times and they said it will take 7 - 14 days for their shipping partner to set up a date for pick up. This is what they tell me each time, yet no one has reached out. I feel like I'm going in circles.
This is in response to Emma Store’s reply to my message above - your customer service reached out to me today and told me to drop off everything at the closest post office. I had already been informed that this would be picked up directly from my home - several times. But nothing has been organised. And I can’t carry 3 boxes (2 of which are mattresses) to the post office. Please sort this out and give me my money back. Enough is enough

I ordered a mattress topper to be delivered 24-27 December. As I hadn’t heard anything from Emma-sleep.nl, I contacted them on the 27th to find out what time my delivery was coming.
I was told my order was “fixed” and has not even been dispatched. I asked for delivery the next day which they said they cannot do. I even sent a photo showing other companies that can deliver the Emma product the next day.
So basically do NOT trust the delivery time you are given.

Very happy with my matress topper. Very comfortable and thick, feels like a good quality item. Got it on a sale, so I think it is worth the price tag - probably wouldn't pay the full price listed. My main issue is with the delivery company used - GLS. They left the package out on the street! I received an email to say that the package had been "delivered to a neighbour - see signature". However there was no information about which neighbour/address (I live in an apartment block), and no signature to see. After 3 days I did find it with a neighbour, who had found it on the street and kindly brought it inside for me! Not signed for, not accepted by anyone...not expecting a €400 purchase to be treated like this.
I was quite worried about the location of the package so I emailed the delivery company and also direct to "Emma" to see if anyone could help me find out where my package was - I did not receive a response from either one. I did not follow up with either, as after 3 days I found it with a neighbour. All was well in the end, but was stressful to try and figure this out.

We ordered a topper that was returned after first try of delivery right away. Now we are waiting more than three weeks to receive the product. They have sent a lot of excuses and promise they are working on the issue, every time I asked for an update. It should be pretty simple to send a topper to my address. We don’t even have an estimate.

After two faulty mattresses in less than 3 years, Emma Sleep agreed to fully refund me, they arranged a collection and the mattress was collected at the agreed date, I have proof of collection emailed to me from the courier company on the 21st November 2024.
Emma sleep confirmed the collection and instructed their finance department to raise the refund, they have failed to refund me with numerous excuses and delaying tactics.
They have confirmed of the 6th of December that they have my correct bank details for the refund and yet again ZERO REFUND!!!.
EMMA SLEEP ARE SCAMMERS AND DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR LIES, STAY WELL CLEAR, WE ARE NIW TAKING LEGAL ACTION FOR THE AMOUNT OF £489 + INCONVENIENCE DAMAGES.

**UPDATE 18/12/24**
After sending EMMA Sleep a registered letter giving them 14 days to settle the refund or face a small claims court to recover the refund and out of pocket expenses, John called on the 17/12/24 to apologise as the legal department and apparently the CEO had asked him to take charge of the situation and asked me to kindly check my bank account and confirm if the refund had been received?
When I checked as requested whilst on the phone, surprise surprise and ZERO REFUND yet again and still no refund as of 19.00hrs today 19/12/24.
John had also stated he would escalte this back to the finance department and legal team to get confirmation and email me with proof of refund.
Well yes you guessed it and no further contact on the 17/12/24 and I received an email from John today, still no proof of refund in the email and I replied for confirmation by the end of today to which has not happened either.
Legal action for recovery is now underway and do not believe a word anyone says from EMMA Sleep.
And my comments of SCAMMER COMPANY still stand.
Time to let the courts deal with this now and it has also been passed to TRADING STANDARDS as they are already investing EMMA Sleep currently.

Emma sent me a defective product last October - the width is 170cm, instead of 180cm. I requested a replacement (January), which they initially granted (February). No news for months. After multiple enquiries they said that is not possible anymore to replace it (September) and proposed a refund instead, without collecting the old one. The refund was not processed, and every time I contact them about it a robot answers, saying that they need to arrange a pickup for the old mattress, but then confirms a refund that is not processed. I will now (December) arrange the pickup of the old mattress, praying that they will issue the promised refund.
