Getting life insurance through Emma was super easy! I just answered questions and that was it! I'd recommend it to anyone :)

I was amazed at the speed it was done. Apart from the questions I had and the doubts about buying it online without in person meeting the process is just 10 to 15 minutes and policy documents are ready. Just love the way how they have made buying life insurance so fast and super easy.

I was greeted by Sophie who was very sweet and knowledgeable in explaining what my benefits for my children look like. She eased my worry and confusion in what I was paying for in my plan and I feel very confident in my purchase thanks to Sophie.

Cindy then took over to continue with the transaction and was very helpful in making sure all of my info was correct. The overall process went very smoothly and I think everything was done and purchased within half an hour :)

Easy to apply for life insurance, take a bit more time to finish the application than the ads make it out to be though, so I would set those expectations more upfront and the chat cx rep does take forever to load for some reason. May also help to let users know what info they need handy to complete the application. we are all home but it makes people more prepared. overall good experience though! thanks!

My in-laws recently passed away in a fire and that scared the crap out of me. It was the motivation I needed (sadly) to get life insurance for my husband and I. I saw an ad for Emma and, being someone that rather hates in-person meetings, I thought it sounded like a good thing to check out. The advisor I spoke with, Cindy, was excellent! She advised me on the different products, different levels, etc. which greatly helped me to make a decision on what I wanted and needed. The online tool is also well put together and helped advise on my choice. I would highly recommend Emma to anyone looking for life insurance!
