I received what I ordered less than a week after placing my order and the cars looked exactly like the pictures. The service was excellent, communicated well throughout the whole process and I would highly recommend Emma Blue

Delivered damaged item.
Delivery was fast however, they delivered a damaged item for them to get rid of their stock. The item was bubble wrapped from all angles with a fragile note for the courier not to put it on top whereas the item itself is mess.

Emma Blue custom cushion
I ordered the Emma Blue custom cushion in a rectangle shape with two images and heartfelt wording for Mother's Day. It was beautifully made,LOVED the material and it was exactly as I envisioned after discussing with the team on WhatsApp. My mom loved it so much she cried when I gave it to her. Thank you for creating such a meaningful gift!

Hi there! Please note when placing your order you provided the exact same address for both billing and shipping address but the province for the billing address is Western Cape and the province for the shipping address is Gauteng which is charged the local delivery fee rate. As per !the email sent we need clarity on which province the package needs to go to, if not Gauteng then you will need to pay the correct delivery fee.
Please also note your order was placed exactly 7 days ago today.

Communication was amazing. A mistake on my end thinking the delivery was delayed, the director Samantha immediately reached out to me. Although I realised the mistake and quickly emailed back, Samantha was kind enough to respond. Delivery was quick enough despite it being the busiest time of year. Thank you Emma Blue
