The lid is difficult to take off as it's so tight. My grip isn't very good so it's impossible to use. I was told the tin has moisture absorber lid but it doesn't. Very disappointed as its expensive and I can't use it.

Very cheap made and made in china which really surprising saying they are supposed to make everything at the factory

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your item. We can confirm that all of our pottery items are made in our factory in Stoke-on-Trent, however the accessory items are designed in the UK but outsourced from overseas.
