How can I review a product that has twice been delivered smashed to pieces and on the third occasion didn’t come at all?

I love that these storm lanterns are made in an old factory. That means a lot to me and that such skilled artisans are valued for their ability. The lantern is modern yet has a very quality and traditional aesthetic to it.

This is beautiful and a real statement piece
This is an extremely beautiful glass lantern.
Since purchased it sits in the window of the lounge. It looks beautiful.
So happy with the storm lantern...looks stunning...an affordable luxury gift to myself.
I was gifted the next size down as a gift a few years ago. In the Good Friday sale I decided to buy another for each the other side of my mantle piece. Ordered wrong size by mistake but so pleased I did as the variation looks so much better.
Beautiful lantern..I have all three sizes now...really thrilled with them and they will look stunning at Christmas.
