This is the third of your mugs I’ve bought and even though this one is pretty and good quality it is not the same as my previous two . It is finer and less sturdy . I’m just wondering if you’ve changed how you make your mugs ?

I love my new mug. It’s so unusual and striking. Friends have already asked where I bought it. The only slight issue is that there is a small area of roughness on the handle, where a tiny bit of ceramic juts out. I’m worried that if it breaks off, there’ll be a bare patch.
