I received this item on 24th January and as it was damaged have sent pictures and emailed twice to Emma Bridgewater with no reply to date. This item cost too much to accept a defective item. Loosing total confidence in Emma Bridgewater.

This was a gift for my daughter to add to her collection. I did see it in the sale just as it started & a good saving on the price but as she said of i had waited for the sale there would be no guarantee to get it, but I could have bought her another piece with the difference. But still very happy with the purchase.

The colors on the plate are so bright and lovely. My favorite bird is the European Robin, so it makes me smile when I see it on the plate. I have it sitting on my dining room table waiting for the Christmas cookies that will be coming out soon! It's bigger than I thought which is an added bonus!
