3 purchases 1 was a 2nd and was better quality than the 2 other items which were not 2nds. Lovely penquin design purchased as a gift but too poor quality to gift. Bubble in glaze. First purchase online from EB was surprised that mugs were not individually boxed. Also dissapointing that outer box had company name all over it as it contained gifts! Have contacted customer services but 3 working days later have not received a reply.
