Purchased as a gift. First quality item but sadly has a noticable flaw that has been glazed over. Red rim also not consistent. Visable when holding mug in some areas but not in others. Couple of other faults also.For the cost i also thought it would come individually boxed.

Faulty. Part of the inner rim of the mug is unglazed. I want to return at EB’s expense, but no joy. Poor customer service.
