I originally gave a poor review as this item had arrived ( in a large consignment) but was broken. I contacted customer services and had not heard anything when I made the initial review. Since then I was contacted and have now received a replacement so thank you. Perhaps the learning is for you not to ask for a review until you have time to address any problems
