Rim of cup is chipped and glazed over, very disappointing. Would not purchase a second again because this. Unable to give away as a present which is what I purchased it for

I'm trying to support British companies, partly to try and reduce carbon footprint and we need to be supporting manufacturing in this country. The mug is absolutely beautiful. The products do cost more but the quality is very high
