I’m very disappointed. The products I bought were much smaller than expected, especially the vase, which was extremely tiny. I requested a return and agreed to pay the £6 delivery fee, which I felt was reasonable, but my request was refused. I was then asked via email to submit an online return form, which I completed. After that, I received another email asking for photos, which I also provided. Since then, I’ve heard nothing back at all. This whole process has been frustrating and disappointing.
