This was a present and the recipient was delighted.
I am a bit confused about my recent order. I was visiting my son in London and thought it would be fun to take your mugs home as gifts. We have a favourite larger Union Jack mug and it is well loved. The mugs I ordered were smaller (I could find the larger ones online) They arrived prompty after a few days...I brought them home with me. My thoughts about the mugs are whether the whole line has changed to a pale colour or whether I have got seconds here? The photographs show the difference between them. What can be done? I live in Victoria BC Canada. I would, if possible like to change them from the smaller to the larger mugs at my cost but if this isn't possible please let me know - is this the new look or are these "varibales"?

We can advise that with these mugs being handmade and hand decorated, we would anticipate some variances like this in colour strength during production. The items would be totally acceptable and not be deemed as seconds quality due to colour variance.
