It took nearly a month for the package to arrive. The bracelet I had ordered was very far from acceptable quality and when I wanted to return it, I only got AI-generated answers without any shipping information whatsoever. The cause of my decision to return it was questioned in every mail. They claimed that I had to send photos of the product and packaging, when it clearly states on their website that you should be able to return a product without having to state or explain the reason why. This company is a big fat SCAM. Do NOT EVER order from them.

Delivery time is a bit long (I wasn't aware that the products had to be shipped from China). But luckily it arrived just before Christmas - purchased as a black Friday offer.

Product more or less fulfilled expectations, but delivery time is very long as described in delivery terms at the homepage. Custom made product from PRC takes time!

Its very pretty and simple, it doesn’t get ruined by water, the only bad thing is it took over a month to arrive.

Sent for the product.
On the page it said 5-14 days in delivery.
On the "about us" it was another amount of days.
When i email them they said another amount of days.

I didn't get any confirmation that my product was ordered.

It took them 5 days to answer my questions.

When i get the package they keep spamming that my product is soon delivered.

This site is a f****** joke.
They are what we call them in Sweden "pissluffare".

If you read this, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The gifts was just vhat i wanted. Verey Nice and beutiful.

I got the product i was ordered, but my present wasn't send to me the date I was hoping for :-/

So thankful for the necklase! I hope it last for a very long time!🙏🏻
