What a mistake

God, I wish I had found these reviews. No sign of my order, no answer to my email and now I'm worried about how awful the clothes will be if they ever arrive!
Message to self- never again order from a Facebook link......

Do not order from these guys

Do not order from these guys
No such shop in Dublin.
I ordered a weekend bag for 42 euros the same bag retails for 8 to 10 euros on Temu. I have tried communicating with them to cancel the order before it was confirmed & they immediately sent me a confirmation email. I have now had to freeze my bank card & get a new one.😡

I ordered a sweater from this website…

I ordered a sweater from this website on 24 September. The item took three weeks to arrive. When it eventually did, it looked nothing like the website. I straight away asked for details of how to return it. There followed a series of emails from the compay offering me store credit or a partial refund. I declined these offers at least twice (which made the m sound desperate). When I reitereated my desire to return the item and get a refund, they sent me an address in China. It was then up to me to arrange a UPS collection, pay for the return to China and wait for my refund. They are a sham "Irish" business with wholesome photos of a happy, shiny group of people featuring on their website. They hang the word "dublin" on their name, but Im sure that I was not alone in receiving an item from China. The cusomer "service" was abysmal. Stay well away
