She was patient & I never felt like she was rushing our conversation to end it. I was going to place my first order but needed to measure the space. Within minutes I received multiple texts, emails, calls and voicemails from the sales team which was so unnecessarily aggressive. I will never purchase from this company now.

Accidentally ordered the wrong item on a Sunday and needed to cancel the order and order the correct piece. Was able to contact rep Ariana and she was able to resolve this quickly and accurately. We are happy with the outstanding service she provided representing Emma Mason.

I was able to purchase Bassett ottomans for less than what was quoted to me at the Bassett store. Ordering was easy via chat and Sydney was very helpful in finding the fabric choices I wanted.

I wish I could score them negative. They are not clear with their policy. Their policy says they could disassemble and assemble for a fee. I got a king bed from them, which was $1800 the headboard is massive and needs to be disassemble they are charging me $1200 for that. Does it make sense. Their delivery guys didn't have clue how to take it upstairs, was a complete mess dealing with these. They couldn't even provide instructions so i could do it myself. Stay away with this fraud company.

I dealt with Samantha who was awesome! I placed an order on Saturday and sent an email on Monday asking if I couldn't add to the original order. I was informed that was not a problem. When two additional items were added to my order it became apparent that the price had increased by 30%. When I expressed my concern, Samantha immediately supported my concern and was able to work with the sales team to bring down the new price close to the sales price displayed over the weekend. 7/23/25 Updated Post: well, our couches were delivered today 1 they are perfect 2. The delivery drivers were exceptional. I absolutely love the tracking map they sent me this morning so I knew exactly what time they were going to arrive3 we called our sales representative Samantha to thank her as we were originally told 4 to 6 weeks for delivery and we got our couches in just over three weeks. I would not hesitate to recommend Samantha at Emma Mason to any of our friends and family if they’re looking to purchase fine furniture at the best price on the web.
