Exceptional Value

Our existing system was wordy and overcomplicated. Matt designed and implemented a new system for us which is very user friendly. He was on site for the management review and the internal and ISO audits.
We would highly recommend using Emmerson Wills. Why create a new system to meet the standard when a SME can implement one for you? Thank you Matt. We also had no findings at ISO audit.

From start to finish the process with working with EmmersonWills was outstanding. We were kept informed throughout with Matthew being on the end of the phone for anything I had to ask. The system they implement is easy to navigate and maintain.

We contacted EmmersonWills as our business aspirations included the implementation of a slick ISO9001:2015 quality management system. Other companies we reached out to, provided us with quotes for essentially stamping our paperwork and not much else. Matt impressed from the beginning, taking a complete and comprehensive approach to the design and implementation of the system. We have flown through our audits and are now up and running with a system that not only works well, but is intrinsic to the day to day operations of the business. Our historic ISO9001:2015 system has proven to be very robust over the years. It did however demand an extreme amount of maintenance and up keep to remain effective. After consulting with EmmersonWills we have now implemented Matt's genius system which has provided exceptional results. We have reduced man hours to maintain the system, improved quality and communication on the shop floor which in turn has increased our throughput. The audit was a breeze with no findings or minors what so ever. We are extremely happy with the service provided by Matt. We needed help to achieve ISO9001:2015 accreditation. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and efficient in providing us with all the information we needed and the Quality Management System. Matt dealt with the auditors on site alongside our small team. Matt made what was a daunting task to us at first seem much easier and we would definitely recommend Matt and Emmerson Wills.

Matt, was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish, his professional approach and thorough understanding of our company from the outset was impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble even with Covid going on, we had many zoom meetings and he fully explained the requirements from us as a company to achieve the Iso 9001 / 2015 standard. Having achieved the standard for Scorpion Ribs Ltd, we can already see the merits of having the standard in place along with the associated benefits. Matt not only delivered the accreditation for us, but continues with on going support and advice to ensure that we maintain the requirements. Matt knows his sector very well and comes with a huge thumbs up from us, no matter what sector you are working in, he will make it his business to tailor the requirements in order to achieve the standard. Matt custom built a system dedicated to us with the option to add further Iso standards with ease further down the line and for that, we congratulate him and his team for a magnificent service.

We are extremely happy with the service provided by Matt. We needed someone to provide us with a new Quality Managment System for achiveing ISO 9001:2015. Matt was very efficient in getting the ball rolling, provided us with all the information we needed and the core structure of the system. Matt attended our site on a few occasions during the implementation period to ensure we all understood the system and what was required. The system itself enables us to meet all the relevant criteria for certification without any unnecessary paperwork or too many additional hours on our part, it truly is a very efficient, simple to follow system. Matt dealt with the auditors at our site for both stage 1 & stage 2 audits requiring minimal input from ourselves and where we have just recently passed stage 2. We throughly recommend Matt and Emmerson Willis and look forward to many years of working together.

Can't rate Matt high enough! He has guided us through our ISO certification in an incredibly short period of time. He's put together an integrated quality management system for our ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001. As well as working behind the scenes and remotely, Matt has been on site for audits at both stage 1 (1 day) and stage 2 (4 days). Matt was amazing! We had a really tight timescale because we tried to do the RAMs our selves and left it to the last minute. Matt not only designed the RAMs he did them for us and gave us templates to use for the future, he also coached us over zoom so that we could be competent in future RAMs. I think he gave great value for money and supplied a professional service to be proud of.
Matt made the whole process smooth, stress free and after dealing with him have successfully gained work from the Council and School sector.
