We are freezing

We are freezing - its 19 degrees inside via lots of freestanding themometers that i have bought - our emmeti room stats say between 20-21 degrees and the darn stat are set to go off during the day, when we are in, and wont accept my changes. Really USELESS - probably not fit for purpose but no-one will take responsiblity.
Never ever buy this stuff - its Italian - I should have known better but Italian engineers are good so it SHOULD work.........
