Buyer beware!

I ordered a pair of jeans and they sent me an email saying they were out of stock, then they sent me a totally different pair of jeans instead. When I contacted them for a refund they just kept offering me 5-15% credits. I lodged a dispute with PayPal and though it was found in my favour Emmiol have said I need to pay the postage costs to send the item back so in the end I would be out of pocket for their error! I think they send incorrect items on purpose knowing that people won’t pay to send them back because you risk not getting a refund as well as being out of pocket for postage costs- buyer beware!

NEVER ORDER FROM EMMINOL

Ordered numerous items for my son for Christmas. Items came that were cheap poor quality. One pair of jeans were no where near the size stated, the button hole was not even cut out! After paying nearly £50 with delivery for this pair of jeans I tried making a return, I have emailed 3 times with no luck as to how I get my money back! I was offered a 15% refund if I agreed to keep the defective item of clothing that does not even come close to the size 12 it's meant to be. As for tags, none of the items had tags attached. Only one of the tops had a tag just placed in the packaging. NEVER ORDER FROM EMMINOL ITS A SCAM

A scam website that cancels on you

Got my order canceled even tho I hadn't canceled it. It seems that they put ads for the discounts they have but cancel them before they can get to you. Don't think I was refunded either. Completely unprofessional and most likely a scam. Even those who do get their products end up having problems with them too.

Damp, dirty items!

Order took ages to arrive. Jumper was alright, cheaper looking in reality; jeans were actually damp with several patches of dusty mud - looked like a return that had just been thrown into a packet and sent back out? Total crap, especially given the price. If you want cheap, go asos or shein instead.

no refunds for faulty items

an item was posted to me that was faulty. it had visible stitching errors and cotton hanging from the seams. i sent photos with evidence of the falts via e mail to Emmiol. it took several e mails over 3 few weeks of discussion for me to only get 50% back and they also did not refund the shipping. so think twice before you order as if you item arrives faulty you will have to fight for even a small refund leaving you out of pocket. i will never order from the company again.

This is a joke

This is a joke! Ordered on November 28. On December 12, nothing is shipped. Customer service keeps answering me BS about labelling my order as a priority but nothing is happening. I feel like I am being scam. Do not buy there.

UPDATE It is their answer for 14 days now. But if my order is really at the post office and the delay is caused by a labor problem at the post office, how come they are not able to provide a tracking number despite being asked several times?

And yeah, at this stage, I’ve asked for a reimbursement. But guess they are replying quicker on public review than to their customers emails!

Package is Late, I'm Worried It Won't Come

I ordered something on November 22nd and it is now the 5th of December. It was one item and when I ordered it, the website and email had told me to expect my order 8-13 days after placing my order. Yesterday, I expected it to be delivered as it was the 13th and last day but it has yet to show up at all. I also have not been able to track the order at all, on express, or USPS, or UPS, and have been wondering if it was even sent out at all. There are mixed reviews, some saying this product came on time, and some saying it was way later or not at all and now I doubt my package is going to come in on time when I need it. I'm not even sure if this website will give me a refund if it does not show since I've never used this website before.

Terrible Experience with Emmiol – A Complete Scam

I wish I could give zero stars, but unfortunately, I’m forced to settle for one. My experience with Emmiol has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish.

First off, the product I received was NOTHING like the picture on their website. The quality was shockingly poor – far below even the most basic standards. It felt like cheap fabric and looked like something you'd find at a dollar store. I was beyond disappointed.

I immediately requested a return label, but it's been weeks and I’ve still heard nothing. To make matters worse, the original shipment came from 735 S. Figueroa Street in Los Angeles, CA – but now, they want me to return the item to a different address in China. Oh, and the best part? The return shipping cost to China is $79.95! That’s more than the cost of the items themselves. Ridiculous.

This whole situation reeks of an unfair, dishonest business practice. They place the entire burden of return shipping on the buyer, and offer a pathetic 30% refund if you choose not to return the item. I wasn’t having it, so I opened a dispute with my credit card company. After a lengthy back-and-forth, Emmiol “offered” a 50% refund – once the dispute was closed. I agreed, the dispute was closed, and now it’s been a MONTH, and no refund has been issued. They claim it’s been processed, but my credit card shows nothing. When I follow up, they just give me the runaround.

This company is a total scam. I would never, ever buy from them again. Stay far, far away if you value your money or your time.

Slow and difficult customer service and communication!

I a saw top I liked a lot. But it was $27. A little high. Then $36 after shipping. But they promised a discount for joining with my email.
Well I didn't see the discount code in my emails until after I ordered.
And paid. And on top of that, found it on another site for only $17, $22 total after shipping. And I contacted them right away asking to cancel my order. So I could order it from the other site cheaper.
They didn't get back until the next night. And asked if I would consider keeping it because of good reviews. I said no! Because I found the same shirt for $14 cheaper! Unless they could match the price. Didn't hear until the next day. They were polite. But I wanted my refund! So I could order it.
A long time later they offered me a gift card. I think $5. What am I doing with that? I don't want anything else! And I want to save $14!
I said four times by email, (no buttons like Shein) just cancel my order! It's two days already!
And I know shipping is slow. Especially with Christmas coming. No response in ten hours.
I ordered it from the other site for $22. And I'm going to dispute it with the bank .
Sheesh! Even if I only wanted to reorder with the discount. They wouldn't let me or price adjust.
Two days now no cancellation. Nothing resolved. I don't know if they shipped it anyway!

Cute Clothes, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

I literally love the clothing but every single time Ive ordered from them, I've had the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I genuinely have never seen anything like it, its like they have robots doing the talking.

Recently I ordered 4 items. Two of which I wanted in a different size (the one I got in L was too small and the one I got in M was too big?). I asked if I could exchange it and they said the shipping would be too high and they cant exchange. They told me they would give me the items in the new size for a lowered price. So I did that through PayPal.

Mind you, I have been EXTREMELY clear in my emails. I have sent them emails where I give every piece of information needed: size, order number etc. They responded asking "Whats the order number." It takes 2 years to get an actual answer because you have to keep going in circles.

Anyway, AFTER I sent the money, they told me they didn't have the right size. Literally what. After weeks of emailing back and forth, I was like screw this im not ordering anything else, refund me (hopefully they do).

Worst support ever

(Beware of anyone who claims it’s not a scam because after your purchase, they send you an email offering a $10 gift card in exchange for two positive reviews)
They have the worst support ever. I asked for information regarding my order because the tracking didn’t even show it as shipped, and they kept giving me information about another order I had made, which I didn’t ask about and had ALREADY been delivered to my home.

I was very clear, I sent screenshots and the order number, but their replies were just copy-paste messages telling me to wait a few more days. I spent a week and a half trying to get some information about my package, which had supposedly been shipped 20 days earlier, but there was still nothing on the tracking.

In the end, after several emails, they sent me a new tracking number, so they basically re-shipped the same order because who knows what happened to the first one, and they didn’t even tell me! And even now, this new order that they resent shows as shipped more than a week ago, and there’s still no update in the tracking.

I’d like to understand why these packages end up in limbo and nothing more is heard about them, but if you want to know, don’t ask them because they’ll only send you automated copy-paste messages, and they probably don’t even read everything you write because the level of comprehension is really low

EDIT: The package arrived, but surprise, they sent me a sweatshirt that’s completely different from the photo, it only has the same color.
It’s a joke, I requested a return, and they offered me a 15% refund, which, on €50, is ridiculous.
Alternatively, I could send it back for a full refund, but at my own expense!
It clearly states on their website that if the mistake is made by Emmiol, they are responsible for the shipping costs, It’s only our responsibility if it’s a wrong size, color change, etc.
They sent me a completely different sweatshirt, and the mistake is my fault? I will never shop here again. You’re not protected, and on top of that, their support mocks you.
I’m truly exhausted, The 30-day window to request a refund is also slipping away because they’re wasting time with back-and-forth emails.

Package was never delivered - NO REFUND - NO CREDIT

Package was never delivered. UNTRUSTWORTHY. I notified them at once. Emmiol stated I needed to get a lost package form from USPS (who is not their delivery service). NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. They put me thru a MONTH of back-and-forth hoops via broken robotic English. I physically went to the post office and sent them a lost package receipt from USPS and they stated "Dear Customer, Thanks for your email. Sorry, we can not refund you because we have sent out your package. And the package cannot be returned to our warehouse." No package - No refund - No Credit - my $$ was stolen by these people. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THIEVES. SCAMMERS. Here is some more info - PiggyShip is who actually who delivers for them in Orlando, FL. PiggyShip found my order and sent me a pic of my supposed delivered package (a picture of the blue sky) nothing was delivered. ITS A SCAM.

Update my email on 11/19/24:
On 5/20/24 your office stated "If they cannot find it please make the claim and send us the copy and the claim number or client complaint number, so that we can resend the goods to you." but now you are refusing to resend the goods to me after I sent the confirmation from the USPS as you instructed me to do. Stay true to your word and resend the goods.

On 11/19/24 Emmiol stated: We cannot refund your order. If you haven't received the package, we recommend that you contact your local post office.
