June 14, 2024 we ordered two EMMO electric bikes, the one bike was in stock, so we were upsold to the Monta Pro. We received our bikes mid to late July 2024. September 2024, we had emailed and called EMMO regarding the battery, which will not hold it's charge. We were told then that nothing could be done, now one year later the battery not charge. We paid $2,127.57 for this bike and to replace the battery I was quoted $790, however, when I go to place the order it comes up at $1,090 and still need to have shipping added. At this point, if we spend the $1090 for the replacement battery, we have a +/-$3,200 electric bike. At this point, we have an expensive piece of garbage to take to the dump. When we are striving to support Canadian Business, it appears that this Canadian Business is not concerned with goodwill. If EMMO would have dealt with our issue in September 2024, we would not have the current issue. I have noticed that the only reviews that EMMO/Trust Pilot seem to post are the good reviews. Unhappy customer and will share my frustration with anyone looking to buy an EBIKE

Emmo staff answered all my questions both via email and phone before my purchase. I eventually settled on a Vegar Pro e-bike model. I’m very impressed with the fit and finish as well as the performance of the bike. Emmo shipped it quickly and every contact I had with the company has been positive and helpful.

So here is my review about my Paralo Pro 3.0. First of all let me say it is an awesome bike. me and my son love it and i also got my wife to love it too. we bought her a himiway escape pro. i did not buy a second bike from Emmo because of price and experience with them.
it started the month right after the purchase. it was said on the website that the tft color display was updatable via an app but they did not stipulate which one, so i never found it. The reason i wanted to update it was because the odometer was not reading mileages correctly. It read the kilometer 4 times less than it was so instead of 1000 kms like i did it read only 250 kms. After a lot of back and forth emails with tech service at emmo(six months later) they finally found which app actually worked. it did connect to the bike via bluetooth but i was never able to update it via the app and even tho i'm not a professionnal i get around electronics pretty good. so, exchanging email yet again with tech services at emmo they finally told me to send them the display unit so that they would update it manually.
of course it arrived there broken with a smashed screen(it still works tho). was it them or the transport i will never know but all this back and forth as a company they should have replaced it since it was not up to par with what was said on the website. i think it's false advertising if you ask me.
anyway now its back, it works, i taped it so no water would get in but at 200$$ the display i will wait before buying another. Speaking of buying another, if ever you think you can replace it with an aftermarket display you are wrong as Emmo made sure the connections was unique to there brand.
so thats my review... i dont think they deserve a 1 but its never gonna be a 5 star for me. hope your experience with them will be better.

Very poor customer service. Kept referring to me as Ryan. Name on order and email clearly says Matthew. They sent me an OLD MODEL of the zone gts instead of the recent one they had in stock. The frame CAME WITH RUST ON IT!!! poor welds and unfinished welds which they seems to think is acceptable for a brand new bike and insist I use wd-40 to remove the rust. There shouldn't be any rust in the first place I live in British Columbia and we use SAND on our roads which DOES NOT CAUSE RUST!! I requested the speaker system for my bike and showed the one they sent me has no music speaker system and then they insisted on sending THE EXHAUST SPEAKER and offered 100$ on my next purchase after saying I will never buy anything from them again due to how poor their customer service is and how horrible of an experience I had.

Hi I've bought emmo zone GTS brand new and loved it .. I've had daymak em2 ... Tao Leo and others .. but the quality and fast and easy parts you can buy from emmo don't compare with any other ebike shops .. Hamilton emmo has always treated me like v.i.p. and it's the only place I will go for my ebike purchases
