Great communication
Had them process my THG-Quota. Initially it was promised that the payments would be made by a certain date. Due to delays, the payments could not be made by the initially promised date. However, eMobia was always communicative and keep all the customers informed of what and why it was happening. Even though it was annoying not to get the money when expected, it was clear it was not their fault, so they deserve the 5 stars for how they handled the whole situation.
