I went on the site for a job and I must say I have had such a nice experience. The HR assistant, Pre Naidoo was so helpful in explaining everything into clarity. She’s been so helpful and warmly towards me and I can’t wait to work with them.

Good for a one-off clean, though I wonder if more regular cleaning would be too expensive due to the minimum 3 hour booking.

Do not use emop!

Do not use emop! House was left dirty and untidy. Cleaner didn't even know how to use a key safe & took 30 minutes to get in house. On trying to resolve with "customer service" unspecified rules were used to avoid responsibility. Would give 0 stars if I could, avoid!

Atrocious service

Atrocious service. Cleaners performed a substandard end-of-tenancy clean for which I ended up losing part of my deposit over. When I contacted them for compensation I was ignored. Have since been forced to take legal action to recover costs.

Edit: A refund was received 6 months after the cleaning following a court order.

Terrible cleaners

The worst cleaners I have ever experienced! Would never use again! The place was dirtier after they left and had to get other cleaners in the next day! I’m sorry but a partial refund is not good enough in this case! There was no cleaning done! They made more of a mess as I have said in your reply email! They turned up late and left early! Didn’t do anywhere near 7 hours! Update: no refund has been received, this company are scammers! Do not waste your money! Now 27th August, still no refund received and ignoring all messages! No customer service here whatsoever

Feedback for cleaner

My cleaner Grace Dupe Akintoye always does a thorough job she takes it very seriously and will not rush it my house always feels immaculate afterwards and it is to a level of cleaning I could never personally do myself very clean and spotless. She is always punctual and I am really glad she is my cleaner. I would highly recommend her to others

Disgusting!!

Disgusting!!
Cleaners were late, the job was half done.
I paid extra to have the windows cleaned and all windows were not cleaned properly. External side was not touched despite the fact that the windows fully open. I was charged 8h for a 4h clean which is absolutely ridiculous. I have proof that it did not take that long. Almost 180£ for a poor job that i will have to get redone!!
Also customer service is not helpful and you have to rely on email communication
Sounds sketchy!!

#315082 - very happy :)

#315082, overall, very happy, cleaner asked several times for me to check condition and then corrected (e.g., some further mopping in the kitchen). This is my fourth time with this particular apartment.

Edit: Response, no need to speak to the cleaner. The checks were appreciated.... I'm saying this is a positive!

Lateness of arrival

The cleaner pleaded for more arrival time after 1.15 lateness. Time to me is golden but this singular experience, not sure I can recommend their service.

Cleaner arrived 45 minutes late

Cleaner arrived 45 minutes late, was only meant to do a reclean as another agency already cleaned the place ( after end of tenancy and my baby has compromised lungs and there was dust on blinds and bathrooms not properly cleaned). However, the cleaner didn't even do what I asked her, I had to go look after my son whilst my partner collected a hoover for her to vacuum. When she was left unattended she was busy sitting down eating. Absolutely appalling! Or perhaps cleaner was homophobic when they released we were a same sex couple.

Absolutely shockingly awful.

If I could rate this below 1 star I would.

Over £200 paid and the house looks to be in the same condition as it was before the clean.

Bathroom not touched, floors not hoovered, cobwebs still in the corners of every room, oven appears to have had a cursory wipe down. Several rooms not even entered as far as I can tell, let alone cleaned.

To top it off the back door was left open despite there being no need for it to be unlocked in the first place.

This apparently took the two people masquerading as cleaners 5 hours.

Swift cleaning on short notice

Great, friendly service from the cleaners on such a short notice. Only minor complaint was that the final price was a bit more expensive and automatic than expected, as the cleaners stayed for a bit of additional time, and I believe they took a break midway that I was charged for, but it is what it is.

Great service
