Everything about this experience was made simple and stress free.
The photographer Sanaz was incredible and knew exactly how to capture the style of photos we were after. She made us feel great on our special day and we are so happy with the outcome. A huge thank you to the EMOT team. We absolutely love our photo's.

Booking Emot Photography was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very first day, the communication was perfect and seamless. The pricing was transparent and we were able to easily customise a package that fit our exact needs.

Our chosen photographer, Albert, was absolutely perfect for us. He took the time to schedule a phone call a few weeks before the wedding to truly understand our personalities and the kind of photos we were hoping for. On the day, Albert was patient, professional, and seemed to be everywhere at once, capturing every moment! He handled all our requested group photos efficiently and took some amazing shots of the wedding party. His creativity shone through with great ideas for poses, and we were so happy with the final outcome.

Incredibly, Emot Photography delivered our fully edited photos within just a few days after the wedding. Every single photo was perfect! We also loved how quick and easy it was to share all the photos with our friends and family. Highly, highly recommend!

All I hoped for on our wedding day was for everything to go smoothly- and it truly did! Every service played their part beautifully, and Emot Weddings delivered exactly what we needed.
Our photographer was incredibly professional, knowing just the right moments to capture. Bill, our videographer, was not only enthusiastic but also brought such a fun energy to the day- it was a joy to have him there. There were a couple of small moments after the ceremony that he missed, but it could be for stepping aside to give those moments to the photographer. As an amateur videographer, I naturally focused on the video rather than the photos. I honestly would have hired myself if I hadn’t been in my own wedding. Looking back at the video, I do wish I had been more mindful of the final outcome and given a bit more direction. I would have cut certain parts and focused more on others. That said, to be fair, Bill had his work cut out for him- I'm a pretty picky client with a very specific vision in mind. But overall, I really can’t complain about the results.

We mainly corresponded with Michael, who was consistently helpful, reassuring, and supportive- even after we received our photos and videos. His follow-up and commitment really stood out.

Photographer spent more time blabbing than actually taking photos during the event. Not only that but he seemed absolutely amazed about my friend who was a person of colour and asked multiple questions that seemed rather judgemental and racist of his ethnicity. Overall did not enjoy the photographers presence and next time I will choose a different agency for photos :) I recommend you do the same. The photos did not come out the best either. 1/5 stars

An absolutely appalling experience. If it isn’t obvious, the main task at hand for a paid photographer is to take photos and edit them as needed. Instead, we got mediocre photos and stories about the photographer’s sexual experiences overseas and the photographer’s racist perspectives were forced upon us. Is this the photographer’s party or our party?

Something as innocent as petting a dog somehow made the photographer feel the need to comment that I was pleasuring the dog in a sexual manner. In what world is this acceptable? Friends who simply wanted photos together were made to feel uncomfortable, again insinuating a sexual element to it. This company honestly might be better suited towards photography for a brothel.

Additionally, 0 candid photography and 0 initiative makes me wonder if we would’ve even gotten any photos if individuals didn’t go up to ask for photos to be taken.

Please do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for your event’s needs.

Unfortunately Emot did not execute nor deliver on their promises to capture our engagement party. Despite spending considerable amount of money on our venue and Emot, our photographer seemed to have more interest in interrupting conversations rather than capturing our special day. From racial to sexual comments, interrupting and taking over conversations, we were extremely disappointed to hear that most of our guests were not comfortable dealing with the photographer.
Photographer was hired for 3 hours, in they stayed for over 5 hours (unrequested) taking advantage of our hospitality and activities. We were optimistic that the result would indeed reflect better, however, we were let down again. With 500 photos, about 100 of them were of our guests (half of them black and white) and 0 candid shots. So-called edited photos were simply black and white versions of the originals and no photos were taken of the outdoor cocktail and garden set up.
We brought this up with the company, and their response was simply to not acknowledge our feelings and disappointment, but, blame and gaslight us. I would not choose Emot simply by the way they treat their customers and take advantage of their hospitality and kindness.

Emot's prices are affordable and the turnaround for the edited images was so incredibly fast. Definitely recommend for the budget-conscious wedding.

Emot was great to communicate with and accomodating for our wedding needs. Email replies were always very prompt. Great value for money. Bill Jackson Martin took amazing photos. He made us feel so comfortable on the day. We received our edited photos really fast. All of our photos were amazing.

Communication with the company itself is great, however we had only spoken with our assigned photographer once before our wedding. We are not super comfortable in front of a camera and had hoped that the photographer would have better guidance for us to feel more comfortable. Overall, the photos turned out great and we were happy with the service provided, however more communication and guidance would have been appreciated

Booking and using Emot photography was a smooth and easy process. Our Melbourne-based photographer, Barry, was wonderful, and incredibly talented. The photos were all beautiful, and the turnaround time was very fast. Barry also helped us feel and look relaxed, and captured moments perfectly. Thanks Emot & Barry!

Went through emotion for our wedding. Cannot express how great our photographer was. Alex was a dream to work with, he was bubbly and very passionate about his work. We had lots of direction and we never stood in one position for long giving us a great variety of photos. Any request we had was all taken in stride and he made sure to get all the key moments. We highly recommend his work ethic and had multiple people come to us after the wedding saying how amazing he was. This company took all the complicated work out of finding a photographer and for a great price.

We were very happy with emotion photography, our photographer was very easy to work with and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the day. We are very happy with our photos which we received 2 days after our wedding. We would definitely recommend emotion photography to anyone looking for wedding photography.

We recently had the pleasure of Emot Wedding Photography shoot one of our lovely couples here in Kingscliff and the photo's we received were amazing.
