This group is great. I work from home and my mental health has benefited so much from having an ESA by my side and this is exactly who you want to go to in order to have your pet accredited. My landlord used PetScreening and they tried to get more information than they were legally allowed to and Emotional Pet Support helped me out and gave me the tools I needed to shut them down and not divulge personal information I didn't want to. Knowing they have your back when it comes to dealing with a big company meant the world. I wouldn't recommend anybody else!

Our lease renewal this year suddenly included a hefty pet rent clause despite our very large pet security deposit and no damage noted on our multiple annual inspections.

I spent several days reviewing various ESA companies. Many “took the money and ran.” Others were almost as expensive as the annual pet rent would have been. Quite a few obnoxiously upsold other services and required you to remember to unenroll before the automatic renewal the next year. One I almost chose asked detailed information about my meds, so I backed out and cleared my browser.

Emotional Pet Support used a licensed mental health professional in my state, gave helpful examples of what benefits my pets provide for me, they emailed the completed paperwork the same morning I had applied, and my lease renewal does not include monthly pet fees! No automatic renewals or annoying upsells. Very easy and pleasant experience!
