The EIA family are a bunch of genuine people, paving a path forward through the education of emotional intelligence, a necessary skill for every person, but lacking in the world. By breaking down emotional processing, communication and behaviour through various channels and across different units, one learns with them in through great detail and understanding, a versatile, necessary and universal skillset.

Having pursued my MSc in Communication, Behavior, and Credibility Analysis and working as a Gestalt Psychotherapist, I found the EmotionIntell program both intellectually rigorous and practically valuable.

The curriculum is well-structured and grounded in research, providing a strong foundation in emotional intelligence, behavioral analysis, and communication dynamics. What I particularly appreciated was the balance between theoretical frameworks and practical tools that can be applied directly in professional contexts.

The learning environment also deserves special mention. Interaction with professionals from different backgrounds created a space for meaningful discussion and exchange of perspectives, which significantly enriched the learning process.

From a therapeutic standpoint, integrating emotional intelligence frameworks into my work has helped deepen my understanding of client dynamics and improve the quality of therapeutic dialogue.

I would recommend EmotionIntell to professionals interested in strengthening their understanding of behavior, communication, and emotional intelligence from both a scientific and applied perspective.

My fellow 'students' come from a wide range of disciplines, industries, and cultural backgrounds, which brings a richness to discussions and shared learning. MSc in Communication, Behavior, and Credibility Analysis is the program that provides the “user manual” for every human relationship. As a student, I can say that it completely rewrote the way I perceive interactions. It’s not just academic theory; it’s a practical toolkit that transforms you as a professional and as a person. From simple daily interactions to workplace challenges, this program gives you an incredible edge. Revolutionary and simply magnificent! I highly recommend it!

EmotionIntell provides interesting science based knowledge on Human Behavior, Emotional Intelligence, Micro and Macro expressions (bodylanguage), truths and deceptions. Together with the Manchester University they provide education on MSc-level, which gives attendants great insights on interesting human topics. For a couple of years I enjoy my studies with them very much! A five star + experience!

Since 2019, EmotionIntell’s team has had a big effect on both my profession and my education, and it still does. We have become great friends and a close-knit community of people who share the same moral and ethical principles. Their science-based training programs have taught me more about Applied Behavioural Analysis, Sociology, Psychology, and Criminology.  I chose their accredited academic program at Manchester Metropolitan University, and  I am very pleased with how it turned out. The studying with them continues, and with the new, unique, and MMU-accredited Master's program in Applied Emotional Intelligence, I'm still growing and learning.

Did my MSc in Communication, Behaviour and Credibility Analysis in 2019/2020 with Manchester Metropolitan University, UK, whereby my lecturers and trainers are from EmotionIntell. These are expert practitioners with years in the field, globally.

Learning from such incredible leaders of industry was nothing short of amazing. One of the best experiences in my life that still feels surreal to this day because of how it has impacted my life and career in unimaginable ways.

I’m completing my MSc with the EIA. I’ve been with them for over 2 years now and what I’ve learnt about emotional intelligence, particularly in relation to credibility analysis is second to none. I enjoyed the drop in sessions throughout the two years. I did the SCAnR training course with them which was excellent. Anyone thinking of doing a course with them? Don’t think, go for it.
