Melbourne move
The guys who moved me from the Gold Coast did a very professional job. As the move was only to Brisbane before being transferred to a container and then went by train to Melbourne and then into storage i can't give a complete review. I will complete the review when I have my furniture moved to my new address in Melbourne.

careful, efficient, intelligent
No damage at all, everything nicely wrapped, friendly people, large, newish truck, they actually found an item that I had left behind which was of sentimental value so great initiative shown also, careful at unloading and arranging furniture. I hope they are available for the next time I move.

Exceptional Service
From start to finish they made our move stress free.
I have moved many times and found moving interstate was less stressful than moving local thanks to Emove. I would highly recommend their service and would personally use them again if the need arose.
Staff were very friendly and aimed to please.

A great way to move
I have been very impressed with eMove. They have been efficient, courteous, & am so happy I found them. Their free service to connect utilities was greatly appreciated. The electricity went on the day they said it would. However the gas is not as sure, I don't know if it's on or not. My furniture hasn't been picked up or arrived yet so the only thing I can say about that is that I greatly appreciate eMove doing all the hard work & finding me a backload at a very reasonable price. Thanks Phil & Lincoln!! 😀

Upon receiving your feedback we have contacted the Removalist involved to provide a plausible explanation. They have since informed us that although the measured volume you have provided us is a correct description of the items listed, however due to the nature of the the item, e.g. the Cat Poles and the Cat Cage, they couldn't be stacked under the normal circumstances to ensure their safe travel and hence took up more room than originally expected.
We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience and will ensure that it won't happen again in the future.
If there is anything we could help with please do not hesitate to contact us.

Everything went well except for the following
1. Pickup timing varied from what was originally stated, had to have a day off work after organising time off as originally stated
2. After preparing a detailed list of contact details for drop-off as I wasn't on the receiving end, it was subsequently lost.
