Bought a present for my friend, she was very happy. Good communication although they dispatched so fast it was hard for me to change shipping so had to do it via the courier.
I order a hoodie. It's good quality, came quickly - even sooner than ii was supposed to:) They communicated very effectively and I always knew what was going on with my package.

Only one option to delivery to Slovakia ( Slovak post) and must pay in cash to courier is like from century ago. I've already shared feedback before year to supporrt line but no change. Please be informed that Slovak post is not the best deliverty option at all. Why not to have possiblity to chose?

Everything was nice, number field needed tho
Everything was nice, the only thing I want to point out is that while filling in the shipping details it doesn’t ask for my number and there is no slot to write it in – at least I couldn’t find one. The parcel was picked up by my neighbour who was receiving a different parcel from the same delivery company – that was my only luck. The delivery guy had no way to contact me, and I think EMP shop should add a phone number field to their shipping form.
