Projects deleted without clear warning

Projects deleted without clear warning

I spent hours working on 3 photo projects on the Empik Foto platform. On October 7, I received an email announcing that the editor would be deactivated on October 8—a notice of only one day, which is insufficient for complex projects.

Worse still, the editor continued to function normally until October 19, with no warning that the data was no longer secure. I kept working on my projects during this time, assuming everything was being saved. On October 16, after I clicked "Order," the page froze, and all my projects disappeared.

Their email never stated that the projects would be deleted—only that they would no longer be editable. There is a huge difference between being "inaccessible for editing" and being "permanently deleted and unrecoverable."

The support team’s response: a complete refusal to provide assistance or an alternative solution.

I do not recommend this platform for important projects.
