As a model I have attended the Liverpool clinic on serval occasions. I’ve had everything from facials to filler and Botox. All the tutors are brilliant with the customers and trainees.
You know you are getting top quality products and the place is always immaculate and very professional. I always recommend my friends.

Went for cheek fillers, first time. Was anxious, however listening to the girls talking through exactly what the were doing put my mind at ease. As a bonus I am delighted with the results. Will 💯 be going back.

I have attended Empire in Chester many times but until now I have never left a review.
Although this is a training academy I always leave feeling as though I have had the highest level of service and treatment.
Today was no exception. I attended today for chin filler. The tutor took the time to asses my face and decided what treatment would actually be best to suited to me.
She didn’t just fill my chin, instead she took the time to explain to myself and the student which areas along my jaw/jowel would achieve the best out come.
I am over the moon with the final results. The treatment was pain-free and I never felt anxious about being treated by a student as I always feel they are well informed and thoroughly supervised during procedures.

I recently completed advanced aesthetics training at Empire Academy Chester, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The educators were incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to demonstrate, explain, and repeat procedures to ensure complete understanding. Safety, complications, and their management were thoroughly covered, reinforcing the importance of best practice in aesthetics.

A special thank you to Jess for organising everything so seamlessly, from training to models. And an extra shoutout to Edel—her teaching style was absolutely fantastic! She’s incredibly passionate, knowledgeable, and truly an inspiration in the industry.

I’ll definitely be returning for further training and highly recommend Empire Academy to anyone looking to enhance their skills in aesthetics.

I have trained now two times with Empire Academy of Asthetics. And I come from a training background and work in the beauty Industry..Empire has three sites and the sites are very well sited for any client needing an airport link/ hotel accommodations etc. I have been to the Warrington site and the Liverpool site. The Warrington site is a fair size and that's where they do the Asthetic type training but in the Liverpool it's got a grander scale as they have a second property for microblading and do this on eyebrows and lips etc which to be honest I wasn't aware till visiting Liverpool they offered this I definitely want to do this next. Empire is award winning and I can see why.
When I went to Warrington I met Practice manager Lilly who is lovely and trained with Rachel on the pathway course. Rachel was really good at explaining everything ( as a newbie) it could have been daunting but Rachel was so knowledgeable and her manner and the way she came over reassured me. The Warrington site has a kitchen area and so we was made welcome to use this facility at lunch time. Coffee and tea and juice was provided and I took my lunch which I heated up in the microwave there. If you don't take your lunch you can pop out for lunch. The models that Empire attract are so so lovely and are returning clients which proves how skilled and professional they are as the clients must be pleased with the results to keep on returning which gives you the deligates a great opportunity to aside of the theory side a great hands on experience as they just line you up with clients so you can get the most opportunities to physically do the treatments that you are wanting to skill up on. I was very impressed with there system. I secondly trained at Liverpool which isn't too far at all from Warrington I love the car park as it had so many car parking spaces because of the two sites they had. And had no problem parking up. I was greeted with smiles all around Lauren who is in charge of booking the models and the courses "said hello are you Keeley" and I was like "yes!" It's so nice to meet you. She said let me take you to where you will be training and she said "did you have a good journey over here" I said yes and said it was so so easy to find what a great location you are in. They are literally a 3 min drive from Liverpool retail centre with every shop you can imagine food retailers too. I then met Lydia who was so so friendly and so so knowledgeable and had such a bouncy upbeat infectious personality she literally smiles all the way through everything. I loved the day there was other delegates but Lydia ensured each of the deligates was involved so equally ensuring we all felt part of the training experience. Lydia explained the benefits of the products and explained which product was more suitable to which client and explained the why! She had a great attention to detail and explained everything so so well. And always asked "are you happy so far with everything any questions" Lydia made it a safe space to ask any questions. Lydia explained all of the different makes of products very comprehensively and I found this so so helpful and when it got to being in the clinic with Lydia she had clients rolling in and out like it was a busy city clinic. The girls Nikki and Lauren do such a great job on reception booking the models and Lydia does such a good job greeting the clients and talking about the treatments. Each customer in the main had met Lydia several times which was so reassuring to see. So you definitely get plenty of opportunities to perform the treatment you have chosen to learn and the clients are just so so lovely. I honestly think the business owner is so so lucky to have these ladies they are all in Empire in my personal opinion first class. I would recommend this company to my friends and have two friends really interested to use Empire Academy of Asthetics when they want to start. I give them 10 out of 10 and I can say I'm a big critic and would not score them 10 out of 10 unless I truly believed that.

I completed a Lip masterclass with Lydia on Tuesday and I just want to say thank you so much to all the girls at empire especially Amy for understanding my situation and re booking me back onto the course and Lydia for giving me my confidence back in doing lips & all her tips & tricks I’ve never left a course feeling this confident🥰I did training else where 2 years ago in aesthetics and I left not feeling confident at all due to sharing models on the course and not completing all the treatments I was training in due to not having many models (it was shocking) this set me back and I ended up giving up a year down the line. I can’t wait to be back to complete more courses soon I wish I would have found use 2 years ago when I first started maybe I’d be further than I am now. Thanks again to Lydia for making me & the girls feel so comfy on the course she’s the best at what she does🥰

I’ve done a lot of my training at Empire and the staff are amazing, really approachable and bubbly. I recently did my IVNT course with Kate and she was outstanding, not only as an instructor but as a person. She made the course fantastic and has provided ongoing support which in this industry is so important. It was a privilege to get to work with her. She built everyone’s confidence up and was really reassuring, exactly what you want as an instructor. Thank you Empire for all the training.

Attended my first course after being a client.. although already in the beauty industry I wanted to skill up.. Loved the course, Katie was amazing and really was down to earth and really explained the practical very knowledgeable. Looking forward to my next course and booking again .

If you have ASD or ADHD I would definitely avoid this company as they use your vulnerability against you. They refuse to give me a refund because I selected the finance option which would put me into debt. However the finance company had informed me that Empire can cancel it on their end but they are refusing too. I had the absolute worst experience ever and I would never "practice" anything that they attempted to "tech me". I have sent several emails and messages and they are just being ignored. The only time they will reply is if I write on here which is absolutely disgusting behaviour from an "established" company!!

I have been stuck in financial hardship all year because of this company and they actually don't care.

That's how awful your company is because I think you'll find I mentioned it on several occasions! Which you never even attempted to accommodate me or my learning style. And I never once left early I left at the same time as everyone else. Your tutors cut the day short which is so unprofessional. The fact that your saying I haven't completed some "training" just proves my point that as a company you only care about money! No matter if the student has learned anything or felt comfortable or confident! I have written to you and emailed and I literally get no response! I have reported you to trading standards and I have also got another company who are willing to look into you as a company as how you've treated me is absolutely disgusting! Absolute worst company I've ever used.

All I asked for was a refund so that I can move on with my life and forget about this nightmare but you won't even do that. Which just proves my point that all you care about is money.

I’ve just completed a week and I’m really impressed with the education, I would like to return to complete more courses

I travelled from Ireland to Liverpool to complete my pathways. I was extremely nervous as I didn't know what to expect. From the second I walked in the door I was made feel completely at ease. The time patience and knowledge this team has is amazing. Since leaving I have opened up my own salon and this is thanks to these absolutely fantastic trainers. I will be forever grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to take the next step or in my case my first step into this mind field of an industry. So thank you all so very much 💓.

I am a non medic and took the beginner course, I was so nervous as it was a totally new experience for me but I must admit the girls at the Warrington clinic were absolutely amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and welcome from the minute I got there and were constantly re assuring me throughout the whole process. I want to give a special thanks to Rachel as she really helped calm me down and believed in me. I could not have done it without her. Such an amazing person and great teacher. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend as I went in so anxious and left feeling confident.
