Wasn’t told the actual coverage, was told I have a 0 deductible and repairs were covered under the obvious terms. Got my package today and it is a 0 deductible but coverage is only 70% of repair cost.... See more

Off to a bad start with this company. Had a phone conversation and was quoted payment and what would be covered. Gave credit card information. Was told I would be sent an email to go over the contract. Wasn’t emailed. Called back and said I wanted to see in writing. Again no email. I was then told I would receive a copy in regular mail 7-10 days. Well it’s day 10 and today I received a bill from their payment plan provider that says I owe more than agreed on over the phone and that I have purchased a home warranty instead of a car warranty. Still I have no written contract. Will be calling tomorrow because they are only open weekdays to ask for a refund because again I was told I can cancel within first 30 days. My guess is they will have a hard time honoring that claim as well. Good thing I never signed a contract with them.
It would be much better if you would email coverage.
Coverage is everything Sales Rep Paul is Straightforward to the point very informative highly recommend
Other than getting the notice at the last moment, I appreciate how smooth the flow went to re-establish my place.
Prematurely obtained warranty, paid $207. After contacting my dealership l was i formed that my original warranty had an additional year remaining. Contacted your customer support division multiple times to have funds reimbursed to my credit card. Received a different story from each agent. Funds have yet to reimbursed to my card.
I cancelled my subscription,so please stop sending me notifications
I was looking for an extended warranty for my 2016 trd sport and I went to the dealer to see how much it would be and the finance guy said unfortunately your truck is too old , he said I have a company that can offer you the best warranty and he said to call empire , I called and in a matter of minutes of talking customer service about coverage, I purchased , couldn’t be happier , my brother and my best friend said they are going to looking a policy for their vehicles too .
The service was the worst ever I don’t need any kind of home insurance.
Tracy Williams give back my money for the home insurance
I did not give you permission to take any money out of my account. However, I feel that you should put it back in my account a $149. I did not ask you guys to be in for anything, please put my money back. I need it desperately, I am on social security. And if I'd asked you to take it out, I wouldn't have said so I wouldn't have asked you any of this. Please cancel this payment because they will not be no more. That you took out And as business people, I should think that you understand that, since I didn't ask this, you should put it back. Thank you, Beverly Stacy, today is the 11th of June.\nAnd it is 3:08 PM.Thank you very much, Beverly Stacy.I look forward to hearing from you
Your representative was on the ball and did a very good job getting a problem straightened out, with the matter being taken care of.
Your customer service employees are very rude and don't even let you finish talking. One actually told me that if I continued to call wanting to speak to someone about a dispute I had that they would block me. Your employees need to learn how to deal with conflict and not be so argumentive when a customer has a complaint.
So I made a huge mistake today trying to switch extended warranty companies. I talked to a gentleman to start with that quoted me took all of my info etc. I paid the $49.99 to start with them….after I was done called my company I was currently with and cancelled…later looked at the email I was sent to see that the guy lied about the mileage on my car. When I called they said we don’t cover something with that many miles so they guy put in less miles to make a sale and the manager could care less…now I am not able to get my other coverage I was on and all because of fraud. I declare that justice will happen in this in Jesus name.
This is not right. Totally fraudulent.
High pressure sales technique. It made it seem like the world would end if I didn't sign-up during the conversation. The representative I spoke with made a claim for which requested some documentation to back his claim. I think I was ignored and he just went on to complete his script. As I told him, I was "... going to bite for now..." After the phone call, I search for the claim that was told me. I couldn't find anything to substantiate his claim. I them proceeded to cancel the program as soon as I could; which was the next business day. I can not do business with a company whose representative(s) make claims that can not be substantiated. I am now checking for the refund of the initial cost that I was charged for.
I applied for coverage on April 3, 2021. I sent an email and called to cancel my coverage because I found out my car had bumper to bumper coverage at the financial institution I financed my car thru.
I have called everyday almost and now the Richard guy that supposedly is in a high level of the accounting dept. is not returning my calls. I cancelled the policy and they drafted my account three times for the monthly fee.
This alone should tell you to stay clear of this company. They can’t even process a refund and cancel a service much less a claim. Ugh
They need to be honest about what your monthly coverage is going to be.
