Empire Linen House supplies hotel-quality Turkish cotton bed and bath linen to hospitality businesses across the UK. We work with the kind of properties that care about how a bed feels: independent hotels and B&Bs, serviced accommodation and holiday lets, glamping and lodge sites, family spas and golf resorts. Most of our customers are owner-led, which means they notice the details — and they need a supplier who picks up the phone. Our range covers satin stripe duvet covers, sheets and pillowcases, our 100% cotton Empress collection, bath and hand towels, bath sheets, bathrobes, and a children's linen collection made for family properties. Everything is chosen to survive commercial laundering, wash after wash, and still look right on a bed at check-in. We are a young company. Empire Linen House was founded in 2026 and we are still building our name, so we do things properly: honest trade pricing with no hidden minimums, straight answers about what will and won't work for your property, and samples for buyers who are seriously considering us. If something isn't right, we fix it — quickly, and without a fuss. The business is run from East Sussex by Elena Dinicuta, who spent years working in hospitality and living in hotels, and started Empire Linen House because she knew what good linen should feel like and how rarely suppliers get it right. A brilliant find for my Airbnb
I bought a complete set of linen from Empire Linen House for my Airbnb and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. I’m always a little wary of buying from a new supplier, particularly when I’m ordering quite a lot in one go, but this was one risk that paid off in abundance!
Everything is lovely crisp white, thick, really good quality cotton and, most importantly for an Airbnb, it washes brilliantly. The duvets have been a particular hit – I’ve actually had guests comment on how lovely and comfortable they are, and I’ve had some excellent reviews since, which is a great bonus.
The prices are also really good, especially for the quality. I’d looked around at quite a few different options before ordering and I’m so glad I chose Empire Linen House.
Eleanor was an absolute pleasure to deal with too. She’s so friendly and helpful, nothing seems too much trouble and she will happily go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need.
Really pleased with everything I bought and I’ll definitely be going back when I need more. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, especially to anyone furnishing an Airbnb, holiday let or rental property.

Great products - highly recommend!
Really pleased with the products from Empire Linen House. The quality is genuinely very good and everything feels lovely and smooth.
We’ve washed the bedding and towels and they’ve kept their shape really well, which is important for us as they’re being used and washed regularly. They still look fresh and feel good afte washing... towels are particularly lovely and soft.
Elena was also brilliant to deal with, really friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Everything arrived quickly and exactly as expected.
We’re really happy with the quality and service and would definitely recommend Empire Linen House to other accommodation businesses. Great products and lovely personal service.
