I originally had given empire a 5 star…

I originally had given empire a 5 star raving review even though I wasn't that happy with the job they had done nor was I happy with the way they took advantage of me agreeing one price then charging me another at time of payment. I specifically asked Lilly what the cost was and that I had been quoted £400 for the exact work that I showed her I'd been sent to which she replied that was way to much and that she would do it for £125. I was surprised but happy and explained to her that if she can do all them specific things for £125 then I would go ahead but explained that I was disabled and COULDNT afford any more but she said yes it would be and not to worry. The next day I came again I asked her if I could pay before we started cause I didn't want issues after again all she said don't worry and she dosnt take the payment before as they might use less filler so it might be less NOT MORE she did a fee injections in the bridge and it raised ever so slightly then kept complaining that my nose was bleeding to much and I felt embarrassed thinking it was my fault and decided to stop. When I went to pay her she turned around and said it was £185! I was shocked but didn't say anything except that I only had £180 on one card and needed to give the other £5 on another however she said it was fine and to pay the £180. Although all this happened I didn't complain or say anything as I really thought she wanted to help me. I then started to feel unwell but more the fact that I wasn't happy about being vercharged I messaged her to find out if they could do more and rectify the work done. When I got there she asked for medical form to be completed and I also saw she had slipped in a confirmation for an additional £100 charge. I questioned this and she replied to ignore it and that it went together with the medical forms. I had another lady do the work this time and it truly was amazing! I mean I never thought I would get a result like this even with a full rhinoplasty and was really really happy with the results. Then when we got to the front reception she turns around and says that would be an additional £145!!! I thought what!!??? But still did not want to embarrass her infront of her colleagues. I did not have the money to pay for the work and was so embarrassed she had put me in this situation. I told her I would come and pay her in a couple of days although she tried saying they didn't work that way and I said not do I but she put me in that situation. I have gone back and paid the balance and told her and her colleague that I would not persue malpractice firstly due to the fact that I have a respiratory condition and no one can use local or general anaesthetic especially on any part of my respiratory parts for example my nose without speaking with my doctors or the fact she rip me off twice. But then I remembered that she only used .5 mil filler the first time around and she charged me for 1.5 mil. So I had already paid for the filler and she charged me again nor did she tell me about any additional cost even when I asked her several times. She also has changed the costs on the invoice after I signed so all in all a very very disappointing experience. I told her that it was such a shame that in almost 15 years it had been the first time I was happy about myself physically without pain or breathing apparatus or machines on and it was overshadowed by this avoidable situation but she didn't even apologise just lied and tried making out it was my fault and a miss communication but even if I accept that it might make sence if it happened once but TWICE!!?? that's just ridiculous!! The worst thing is is that all I wanted is a gesture. Anything that showed me that she felt responsible for what had happened and my intention was that they had already messed up as much as they could and rather than find a new place to get things done I would keep using them cause her colleague who did the procedure was truly amazing. I had already semi confirmed another appointment and my wife and sisters in law would have definitely used them so for the sake of a few pounds they would have got so much more just so short sighted a true shame. Sorry I keep adding every time I think of something new. If she had spoken to me about it beforehand I could have split the payment over the 3 months interest free but when you have something to hide you just care about getting away with it and nothing else. Again so so short sighted!!

Paid for a Sculptra course

Paid for a Sculptra course, there were meant to be modules.
No modules just a booklet. A lady reading off the booklet. And a 7 minute instruction video
Nothing else. Tried reaching out to them but was not interested
I paid £230

I would recommend to have all the…

I would recommend to have all the courses offered in every locations. For example, all the 52 courses offered should be available at each Locations or close by locations with minimal travelling. I dont like the idea of travelling out of the state just to attend A course
- Also, Empire should have a model bank. if the lecture address different types or techniques of injections, we should be able to practice all and not just 1 or 2

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ON DEMAND COURSES

I purchased the on demand courses and use them intermittently. Today, I logged in and there was a update which required a credit card by kept on file. The update and credit card requirement was specifically for other non-demand users. I asked the representative, Rodrigo to skip this log in option but he could not. Therefore, I cannot assess my portal! I am NOT happy and will not be compensated for my lost time on the on demand site!
