I've never had the Antminer S19 XP before but the customer support recommended it to me.

It is absolutely amazing. I'm definitely gonna be exploring other antminers next time I go to empire miners web-shop, that’s for sure!

Purchased a few MicroBT miners (20 units) from EmpireMiners, the units arrived in perfect condition and to my surprise they even sent me a cooling rack for the units as a gift, they have a mystery box campaign ongoing so you can get numerous prizes along with your order!

Though my package came in late, primarily due to manufacturer and customs. Empireminers provides great customer service; they answered all my questions by email and through chat. I have contacted them every day to see if my order was shipped, they gave straight clear answers. It’s great to know I’m being answered by actual people, they made me feel safe!

I had 2 very good interactions with this company earlier in the year. My orders were shipped within 2 days. I placed another order recently and they did not ship after the 3-5 days as stated on their website. So I contacted them. They said shipping takes 5-7 days. I am on day 8 and they have not shipped it yet.

If anything changes, I will return and change my review.

EDIT1: My order has shipped. Delays were said to be due to equipment not passing in house inspection. I will update once more upon receipt. However, all products I have received from them thus far have been top notch.

Final Edit: Devices have been received, albeit not in one shipment. Some issues arose, but the devices, once running, run wonderfully. I've been compensated for the lost time; they calculated my mining output during the delayed days and offered me a cashback in USDT. This is awesome!

I’m Happy to announce that Empire Miners are legit! And they accept Escrow, which is amazing. I got my first miners in about a week ago now and I was just as skeptical and nervous as a new buyer in this market would be on here, but after reading the reviews on here I made the purchase.

Couldn’t be happier, I purchased one Antminer T21 and one IceRiver KS5L for starters and they truly are brand new as stated in the description. I only fired them up for a minute so far and everything seems to be working perfectly. It took roughly 2 business days to ship out and I got the order 6 days after. They were super responsive on chat/emails. The pricing was also totally fair, and cheaper than you can find on Amazon or eBay.

I did an unboxing video of when it came in today to help others trying to take a decision. I’m just a random dude from US, with no affiliation to this company.

I've been with Empire Miners for a few weeks now. First miner ordered online came in about one week, no issues here.

It went offline once or twice but the support team was quick to escalate the issue and get things resolved in timely manner! I will definitely be keeping my business with EMPIRE MINERS.
