Ordered a product 3 months ago. Gave them benefit of the doubt and assumed it would be arriving soon as it comes from China. I emailed them and they had forgotten my order so re shipped it which I will now wait another 6-8 weeks for! I did ask for a refund but was denied and could only get a discount on my next order with them which won’t be happening!

The return process is a very poorly thought out process and design. If you want return/exchange an item they require you to buy them item in full again before receiving your refund, which depending on the price of the item is not doable for a lot of people, especially if you’re wanting to make sure that you will in fact be receiving that refund. This is the only way to “reserve” the item that you want to do the exchange for. It doesn’t make sense at all, why they wouldn’t just keep the size/item you want in exchange until they receive the item you are returning and then send it out. Of course, I did not do this unreasonable request and by the time I got my refund the size I wanted was sold out. -1000/10 service. Would absolutely NOT recommend buying from this company.

I wanted to get my first tweed suit and shopped around. I found Empire Outlet and decided to give it a try with a matching coat/waistcoat. After I made the purchase I reached out to customer service to ask a few questions. i.e., when should I expect it, do they have a slim fit for the particular coat, etc... I received the information I asked and understood I needed to wait around 45 days. I received the coat/waistcoat and it fits perfectly for my body style. I got a 40 regular and fit like the slim fits in the US. Explains a lot about the US. It fits and looks great. I will pick up a few other items. Tweed suits look so different from standard suits they really stand out.

I ordered a number of items including two waistcoats. When the waistcoats were delivered, one was a brilliant fit the other I could barely get on and certainly couldn't do the buttons up. I was disappointed that two waistcoats which were ordered as the same size could be so different.
The returns process has been a bit painful. I returned the waistcoat that didn't fit as per the instructions and have found myself having to chase for updates.
It is a shame as the clothing is great quality but poor customer service seems to let it down.

Ordered a suit ahead of a very importang commercial meeting in hurry accidentally misread the date for delivery for Jan 2024 in error. Reached out to customer services who confirmed the delivery date was in-fact March as the suits are custom made. Rhea the agent was extremely clear, concise and supportive. Actually probed and advised me that I can cancel to help support as a resolution, having explained the and calrrified the confusion on my end. Did not expect the level of service given the negative reviews on here - seems that yes delivery can be a little later than expected, so for future buyers, strongly suggest factoring that in when making a purchase to allow some buffer should you have any hard dates. All round excellent customer service journey!

I ordered a skirt on 18th December and its now 28th January
I have chased delivery but get the same responses as others who have had the same issue.

I have asked for a refund due to the delay which was not mentioned at the time of ordering, but the reply was identical to the last. I have not heard anything since 17th January.

Very poor service. Item still not arrived or any idea when or if it will !

So I ordered 2 suits and in November 2023. They arrived after a few weeks but the order did say that would be the case. I didn't need to have it bespoke as I can normally take a suit "off the peg". The first suit fitted and looked great and I was happy with it so 5 stars so far. The second suit fitted but didn't look right on me and the check pattern looked slightly different to my eyes than in the picture. So I decided to return it and thats when the fun begins. I won't detail every single thing but lets just say this company will attempt to discourage you from returning anything. After making sure I had obtained the necessary permission, paperwork, proof of both postage and receipt, I then had to chase them up to eventually get a refund which did finally get paid to me but it really shouldn't have been that arduous. So unnecessary . 1star service there. If you are the kind of person who often ends up returning clothing then this isn't the company for you. If however you want a decent quality cheap suit and you, like me, will fit in a standard size, then you should be happy with them. Overall 3stars.

It is a company that provides a quality product at a true value for money price. you can buy online knowing what your going to get will be right.

Genuinely an excellent product fabulous quality great fit and a quick service I have now bought a number of Tweed suits from this company and everyone is a pleasure to wear

Suit sizes aren’t great-mine came back too small all round and they start to look baggy fairly quickly but they are cheap

I found this company to be good. Customer service and communication was excellent. I purchased a dark blue tweed suit in 2020, which is wearing well.

Found Empire Outlet in 2019 via Instagram and they ticked every box in what I was looking for in a suit for my wedding.

Great quality and great fit.

I ordered a 3 piece suit. When it arrived the waistcoat was the wrong size. I ordered a replacement waistcoat which arrived without any size label and is a different colour (grey, not green). I e-mailed the company and sent photographs in December 2023 and they suggested replacing the waistcoat, asked me to confirm the size, style and colour. I received an email from them today, 3 weeks later, saying that they would have to make a whole new suit to guarantee a match. They are slow at responding, don't provide any updates and the whole order has been a waste of money. I would avoid them, they represent all the doubts you may have from buying on-line.

Very poor service. Took well over a month for an off-the-rack suit to be delivered. Lack of communication on the delivery and tracking despite several emails from me.

When it did arrive it was unwearable because the packaging was so bad the suit was creased beyond recognition.

After complaining and asking for a refund I was told this was not an option because the waistcoat had been customised - completely untrue. The whole suit was an 'off the rack' option with no special measurements or alterations requested.

Will never use this company again.

I have given a one star review because I can't give a zero!!!
I ordered a jacket from Empire Outlet on 05/10/2023.... it finally arrived over two months later, the reason given was that each item is hand made.
Unfortunately due to a mix up I ordered the wrong size which I returned using Empire's returns policy and wS posted back 05/12/2023 another month later I have not received either a replacement or a refund a periodofthree months.
I would never use this company again !!!!!!

I would advise all to go to the official UK government website www dot gov dot uk and search for information on this company in the registered business page. They have changed their address many times.

The 3 piece suit and 1 Jacket ($455) they supplied was undersized. Quality of suit is average for the price but expected. However, when I tried to return it for a full refund they started their scammy behavior. They will tell you to do the returns process through their website and follow the instructions. You will be given a RMA# when you lodge through the websit portal. Mine was #RWSY7XSK. They also give you a returns address

Rhea Horner D-Pee and Anthony Horner appears to be the directors of this scammy organization. I have found so many discrepancies in their registered/trading addresses and return addresses. And none of them seem legit or return anything meaningful on google maps.

They are looking for any opportunity to not refund you the cash which is clearly in violation of their own Terms and Conditions. It is time to end their scammy operation. I will be reporting this organization to the Citizens Advice UK consumer services and reported them to Trading Standards

Took 5 weeks to arrive, came in a cardboard box but once the suit was out I was very impressed with the quality.

Had it been I have gone through their review I would not have get near them at all.
I ordered a customised made 3 piece suit from them in September which was meant to fit and they came back with undersized and tight jacket, trouser and waist coat.
This company is a bunch of unprofessional scammer tailors so everyone should beware. I am now at the process of collecting my money through my bank for supplying a product which came as never promised.
