Support by literal meaning. Yesterday I updated my wordpress and our website crashed during a promotion. Checked with our developers, they couldn't fix it. Tim from Empirevps fixed it. Although we asked for a paid service, they did it for free. I am not dropping this review because they did it for free but because they value their customers specially when they are in need. Thank you so much <3

Comparing to other service providers I previously used, empirevps is much faster and knowledgeable in customer support. Although price is a bit on the high side, we think its worth it.

They offer remarkable support but expensive for custom built products. I've been asked to drop a review so here is my review. Empirevps knows what they are doing but I wish they could drop their custom built products a bit lower. So small businesses like ours in growth stage needs this kind of support too.

A bit expensive but great support
A bit expensive but great support. We got to know Empirevps through one of our clients when were designing their. We also got the opportunity to work closely with empirevps for creating a brand new website for them. We are now hosted on their servers. Our website loads much faster and most importantly the support is great. We tend to move all our customers to empirevps.
